Karley is an absolute angel!! I go every two weeks now because a massage is a NEED! Truly the best massages I have ever had. She pays attention to your needs and communicates the best way to help you! She is so kind and makes the environment so zen and relaxing. She is so good that sometimes I forget what is bothering me and she figures it out immediately! I can’t say enough great things about her and her practice. She is extremely professional and caring!

Karley is simply THE BEST! Im super particular about massages, but Karley hits the mark every time. I thought that day-after soreness was just a normal side effect of deep work, but somehow Karley manages serious deep tissue massage in a way that is pain free and leaves me feeling so relaxed and open without any tenderness. She’s kind, super easy to talk to, really listens to your needs, and has expert-level massage skills. When I arrived in Concord, I had just moved 1,500 miles as a single mom of a young child in the middle of winter and in the middle of a pandemic. I actively participated in the packing and unpacking of my old and new homes almost entirely by myself. I was in DESPERATE need of a massage, but I had nobody to watch my daughter for me. Karley was so gracious and welcoming when I contacted her for a massage. She allowed me to bring my daughter along and helped to ensure she was occupied while my massage took place. Not only did Karley enable my massage to actually happen, she provided me with one of the best massage experiences of my life. She applied the perfect amount of pressure, relieving much of my built-up tension in just the one session. The table was comfortable and the atmosphere peaceful. Karley was professional throughout the entire process. She even took notes for future reference from visit to visit. I have had a monthly massage with Karley ever since that first one. Had my first massage with Karley last week... it was amazing! I left feeling so much better. I could actually turn my head without pain. That is something I havent been able to do comfortably for awhile. Ive been a waitress for the past 23 years and it is taking a toll on my body, especially my legs and feet. Four years ago I started going to Karley for therapeutic massage. Her careful attention and professional work on my trouble spots helped with my aches and pains. Karley is an amazing Massage Therapist. I had been experiencing chronic soreness in my left shoulder which as an avid golfer was quickly becoming an issue in relation to my favorite hobby. Since I have started regular treatments with Karley I have been experiencing a lot less discomfort in the area. The change has been amazing. Unprofessional. I used to frequent another provider at this location, but Ms. Watt made it too uncomfortable to continue. She rarely acknowledged my presence when I was waiting for my provider, and never closed her door for sensitive conversations. Over the tears, Ive overheard client names and treatment notes, and personal calls, including orders with credit card numbers, and her wifes name, place of business and address. If youre not her client, you get ignored, and even if you are, you get disrespected.
