Our driver was fun! My friends had a great time in the limo after our party. A friend left his phone and the driver helped coordinate to return it right away. Prestige limo is a great choice when you have a special event or want to be driven somewhere with a large group. Will absolutely use this company again.

Great customer services. Late to pick up the quince court but made it up to me by upgrading the party bus. I would do more buisness with them.

Very friendly and professional service. We had a Hammer limo for junior prom. The driver was early and courteous. Prestige Limousine sent us email with drivers name and phone number. The driver provided my son with his business card to keep in touch. Overall, very happy with the service.

We hired a Prestige Limousine stretch SUV for my daughter and friends so they would have a safe way to travel to their prom. We talked with several different people on the phone, all of whom were friendly and professional. Maury was the kids chauffeur and he treated them with respect and let them know before departure what the expectations for behavior were. The night ended safely with everyone having a good time. We booked Prestige Limo to celebrate our 40th. We had reservations for a wine crush. The driver was running late so we took a taxi instead so I canceled the reservation for the limo. They hit my credit card for $492 for canceling the reservation. Yes, they were late and charged me for canceling the limo. We are disputing the transaction. DONT USE THESE GUYS!

I have used Prestige Limo service exclusively for the past 3-4 years. I will gladly recommend their services. On two occasions (a lost bag at the airport, and on another occasion a one hour delay processing through customs) resulted in my being 1/2 to 1 hour late for my limo ride. I was concerned but after my baggage pick-up I easily contacted my driver and he was waiting for me. Cant beat the persistence of their drivers.

Weve used Prestige several times and have been pleased with all their drivers. They arrive on time, are courteous and drive safe. Our last visit was to the Napa wine country but we have used them for airport trips as well.

Theyre conscientious of your time and do all they can to ensure things goes smoothly, which helps a lot, especially during stressful business trips, bad weather, etc. Id highly recommend them. We used Prestige for our oldest daughters prom in 2009 and again for our youngest June 2016. The service was wonderful and my daughter and her friends had a ball! They provided pick up for 5 girls, they drove them to the venue (The Design Center in S.F) and waited until prom was over and delivered each girl home safely and on time as promiswd. Oh yea I forgot they picked each girl up from their location. Cant thank them enough. Very professional and reasonable!!

I called Prestige limo on VERY short notice to get a Limo in Sonoma (less than 24 hours notice. No problem! They were great in processing the request. They did a follow-up call to review and confirm all details within minutes of placing the order. I contracted this service for my sons high school prom. The limo was clean; the driver punctual, and polite. He asserted the rules (no drinking), which I appreciated. The thing about this service which I appreciated compared to the competition was that their web site honestly stated their rates. The others were deceptive/dishonest. The rates were less than the others true rates. The car was an older model, but clean and nice looking. My son stated that the interior was slightly worn, but he had a wonderful experience.

A group of 10 ladies rented a stretch limo for a trip to a winery in Napa Valley. The limo was spacious and comfortable. Solomon, our driver, was so nice, connected our music to the limos speakers, made sure the AC was just right, and the champagne was chilled just enough. During the ride home we ran into a lot of traffic but he knew all these little backroads to get around it. We had a great time! Thanks Solomon and Prestige limo service.

Prestige Limousine company were referred to us by our neighbors when we were looking for a Napa Valley wine tour limousine service. We were so impressed with everything - the chauffeur, the cleanliness of the limo, the outstanding customer service etc. We have hired them many times since for their corporate SFO limousine service (usually to the Bay Area), executive car service for out of town meetings and conferences and even a general San Francisco tour limousine service. We recommend them every chance we get!

Our driver, Peter, was wonderful. He knew so much about the area and he was a pleasure to work with. The entire experience was one of the highlights of our trip!

Upon arrival, limo was unkept and had broken equipment throughout (stereo/panels). AC was not working. Then telling the driver which location we were going, he argued (several times) saying the hillside was too much for the limo. When booking was never asked our itinerary. To make it, driver had to turn on the heat (in Mid June) so the engine would not overheat. The driver also deceived us, he made it seem like his tip was not included and we should add extra. Found out later it was included and we were duped. The service was poor and the equipment was not fit for use.

For the price I was extremely disappointed to find out radio only got one station? Definitely need an antenna on all cars.

Zero stars, or better, negative stars should be an option. I have used car services countless times. Never have I had an experience this bad, odd, ill-planned, or unprofessional. Driver called AT PICKUP TIME to let me know he was going to be 10-15 minutes late, then called again (15 minutes AFTER pickup time) notifying me he couldnt get into my community because either A) the instructions given during booking werent followed, or B) they were ignored. He then chose the most odd and unnecessary route ever to get to my first stop. This was Saturday midday. No traffic to deal with. Windy, bumpy country road from Discovery Bay to Danville. He spend 50% of the first leg of our trip on the phone with his wife. I didnt ask why...but wait for it, its a great reason for a car service to need to be on the phone! There were two problems in play...1) car was nearly out of gas, and 2) he didnt have a credit card. Enter said wife. We had to go meet his wife at a gas station so we would have adequate fuel to reach our destination. Read that again. You read it right! Once done filling and already close to an hour behind schedule, he might as well duck inside for a restroom break. We pickup the remainder or our party and head about our day.We arrive to our party in SF over an hour late. Driver gives me his cell as there is nowhere to park and says to text/call him when we are ready. Fast forward a couple of hours. I place the call and am told to head to the drop off location. Much to our surprise we are greeted by a different driver . Very nice guy, but odd to be picked up by someone else because the other driver wasnt working out. Remainder of the ride was fine and we got home safely.Never will I use this service again and never would I recommend it. I was offered zero discount for my experience and received zero calls from anyone once my credit card payment had posted. I dont know how businesses like this stay afloat. Its a shame that good businesses go down every day and disasters like this one dont!
