Really surprised that the company was open on Sunday of Labor Day weekend. They were able to send out their tech, Jared, within hours who quickly assessed the issue and had our AC back up and running in minutes. It turned out to be a very minor issue, and Loves invoice was more than fair. Jared was personable and offered good value added advice. My first experience with Loves despite hearing great things about them over the years. I am now a sold customer.

Awesome experience working with Chad Love Services! I really appreciate their thoroughness and knowledge. When they come put for your preliminary check, they do a full evaluation and review of your entire system, not just the issue you’re calling in for. We just bought our house last year and I told our technician I wasn’t really sure how everything was connected and working and spent time looking into that for me and explaining and drawing it out. Our technician was personable and so knowledgeable. I really appreciated that he presented me with all of the options for us and really left it up to us what we wanted to fix (if anything). I just really liked that they didn’t try and guilt you into buying services or push you to hire them for your needs. He showed me pictures and addressed specific problems with the unit. However, I was never pressured to have any repairs done which I appreciated. Instead, I opted to think about it before making any decisions. The tech was very thorough and spent a long time at our house just doing ac checkup. I appreciated this company because they didnt just say, your AC system is completely shot and that will be $6, 000--Even though our AC system IS completely shot and 20 years old. The technician checked everything out and spent over an hour doing it. Then he presented me with a list of broken and damaged parts along with their cost to replace including labor. It was listed in order starting with most important. I was able to decide how many repairs to our unit to get done according to our budget. I really appreciated them being willing to fix our old unit instead of just writing it all off and saying we had to get a completely new one. Its always so refreshing to meet a business that isnt just trying to take every penny that they can get.

Its the end of August and temperatures are in the mid 90s. Our HVAC unit went down and inside of a couple of hours the house temperature climbed 5 degrees. Whats the chances of getting Service assistance when HVAC service calls are at their peak? We called Chad Love Services and Brian Bowman, service tech, responded within two hours and had us up and running within 1 hour. Chad Love is the Best!I use them for my AC / Heat maintenance and repair.I have used them to install a full vapor barrier under my crawlspace and replace my ductwork. They did an amazing job. Brandon was really nice but he could not help me. I purchased a home in concord and knew little about the AC unit. I called Chad love services because my unit was running alittle sluggish and i wanted a company to help me maintenance and do yearly checkups for my unit. Brandon told me I needed to change my air filter but could not service my unit because of no permit records and no records of who installed the unit. Brandon told me to call Acosta heating and electrical because their sticker was on the outside unit and that maybe they had serviced it and had more information. I had to pay a service fee and then I had to call Acosta to schedule another appointment. Acosta did have records of servicing my unit. Hopefully Acosta will be able to help me. The service fees can add up quick. I dont mind paying fees if Im actually being serviced. Overall Brandon was great. Very nice and professional.

I have worked with Chad Love Services several times and have always had great experience. Most recently, my AC unit was not working properly and after thoroughly inspecting the unit/system, Technician Brian Bowman presented the issue and possible remedies. He was detailed and patient to make sure I understood the situation fully. I really appreciate the professionalism and diligence to ensure the issues were corrected.

My technician was on time, extremely nice and courteous, got right to work while explaining everything to me and was extremely thorough with his work and every detail down to being careful not to track a single speck of mud onto my carpet. I could not recommend this company and especially this gentleman enough. He was head and shoulders above the last person/company we used to check our Air Conditioning and going forward Chad Love Services has earned all of my heating and air business for the future. I was highly impressed with the amazing service! Chad even found a small issue that was unforeseen with my air and not only explained what could be done to fix it but told me that fixing it at this very moment might be a bit costly and when we redo the duct work later this year it can be fixed. So he showed me how to manually fix it if the problem comes up so that I can wait and make all major repairs in the the fall. Elliott knows his stuff, is always on time and notified us when he is coming, is friendly and a genuinely nice dude and got our air working great (better than it has since we bought our house two years ago). I COULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND ELLIOTT STRONGLY ENOUGH FOR PEOPLE HAVING A/C ISSUES. We also signed up for their VIP program which is not expensive but will be of major help to us in the long run. If youre not using this company for your A/C needs you should be because I have dealt with some other companies before that didnt meet a single criteria listed here much less going above and beyond on every single one of them.

We had Chad Love Services come out today to do a tune up of our AC unit. They were very thorough and were so polite. They made sure I understood what they were doing at all times and made sure that I was 100% satisfied with their work. They sat down with me to explain some options for a part that was broken on our unit and they did not push for me to make a decision right then (which made me like them even more). They were very kind and professional. When they called to let me know they were on their way, they were going to stop by a gas station and asked if I needed anything. After a little chuckle and a “no, thank you”, I thought about how kind and genuine someone has to be to offer to get something for a complete stranger. All together, I had a wonderful experience with this company and I would be delighted to work with them again in the future.

Jake & Josh did a great job replacing the old system with a brand new AC/Heat. Also replaced the old ductwork as well as the dryer vent by taking out the flex and installing new metal! I had Chad Love services come out to the house to give me a quote on replacing the old duct board in the downstairs of our house. The rep was nice and polite. Said he would send a quote to me soon! That was at least two weeks ago. So I call back just yesterday to see what the deal was. They said it must have been an error in the email address I gave them. The rep said he would send it out right away...Crickets!!!... This is just so unprofessional. If they didnt want to do the job then say so. I CAN RESPECT THAt. I specifically called them because of all the great reviews and Ive seen them in my neighborhood. Well they dont get another shot.

Had the company out to diagnose a problem with my hvac. Was offered a total of 5 estimates that ranged from what needed to be done (replace capacitor) to several recommended services. Used a different company to replace capacitor for less than half the estimated price from Chad Love. The technician was very nice and thorough but I just felt the services were overpriced.

We have been using Chad Love Services for many years now. Throughout our relationship, ALL their staff from Customer service through Technicians have been GREAT! I dont typically leave reviews but this company is deserving of it. Since they installed our replacement gas pack ac unit and upgraded the ducting to the proper sizing we have had no issues. They perform seasonal maintenance checks to the HVAC, UV filtration/lights and our sealed crawl spaces dehumidifier as well. Please check them out you get what you pay for, but not paying for any ads on TV, just quality work at a fair price. Seriously compare (Apple to apple).

Although its possible that others may not be as good, I find that doubtful based on my experience since it seems like it is a company wide initiative to provide great service. Technician just did maintenance but did find a few issues that we were not expecting. I called Chad Love out for a routine service on 2 AC units on a home that is only a couple years old. What I thought would be a routine service turned into finding out the refrigerant in both units was low. Jared took his time and explained that there could be a possible leak as the upstairs unit was at levels that could have lead to a more costly repair. Luckily Jared found that the unit just was not tightened enough and the Freon was leaking since we moved in. Jared finished up servicing the units and getting Freon back to normal levels. I highly recommend Chad Love if you are in the need for any HVAC work at your home.

I identified a problem with my AC unit that I am not equipped to repair (electrical) and the technicians were able to very quickly discover another issue that had resulted from the initial issue, they were able to very quickly and efficiently repair the affected systems and get the system back and running. Cost was very pleasing, especially considering the supply shortage right now due to covid. Also decided to sign up for their VIP service as it is not contractual, and provides free equipment checkups twice a year, and discounts on todays and future service.

We signed up for their VIP membership when we got our initial summer system tuneup. So when we needed maintenance on our heating unit, they were able to come out that same day. We were sent an email and text notifying us the our tech was on his way. It included his name, his photo, and a quick bio about him. The service tech, Elliot, showed up on time. Had his mask on and covers over his boots. He was very professional, but super friendly, and throughly looked over our system. Fully explained to us what the issue was, and in layman’s terms so it wasn’t over our heads. The pricing was very reasonable, especially with the VIP discount, and the repair was done very quickly. So glad we are VIP members with Chad Love. Could not recommend them enough.
