We used Guzmans Party Rentals for an outdoor Baby Shower. Wendy was wonderful to work with and accommodated our needs.All went so well with the delivery and was so impressed with the condition of the chairs and tables. They were very and clean and made our event look fabulous! The delivery guys were very nice as well.We will definitely use Guzmans Party Rentals for future events!!

Guzman party rentals was an overall pleasant & excellent experience. They have very competitive rates (the lowest I found in the Denver Metro area) and the staff was very helpful and friendly. No deposit was required and the day of set-up and the next day breakdown of the equipment was hassle-free. Definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for party rentals!

Guzmans Party Rentals was a lifesaver! We had a bounce house booked with ANOTHER company (not Guzmans) and the day before our party that other company said the bounce house we originally rented was unavailable. We were scrambling looking for another bounce house. I came across Guzmans website and reached out. With less than 24 hours until our party Guzmans came through with a last minute bounce house for us. The party was a hit! They were professional, helpful, and reasonably priced! I am so happy that we found Guzmans party rentals and we plan to use them again in the future!

Guzmans party rental was the absolute best. They were easy to communicate with and they have great prices. Our company had 3 bounce houses, a bunch of tables and chairs, tents, and a dunk tank and everything was set up with ease!

10 STARS IF I COULD!!!! Enrique is a man of his word and AMAZING PROFESSIONAL and EXCEPTIONAL Customer SERVICE that we received. And best prices.

I feel like the evil stepmother because my experience was not the best. 1st time ever using this company. Renting the bouncey house was quick and easy. I did have a few missed called but no one ever left voicemails (should probably do that). They let us know the one we wanted to rent was damaged but they were able to swap it out with a similar one, same price. The day of delivedy we were given a 4 hour delivery window, so make sure you plan accordingly as i was told no guarantee of what time. We happened to get it minutes before the party started. No big deal. Unfortunetly the driver ran over a light but when we called and explained what happened they deducted some of my overall cost for damage and waa told theyd replace the light.Now the next day for pickup has been a nightmare. We were told same window gap, 8 to 12 for pickup. My husband showed up at 8 as we did not use our own location. He has been there since 8 and it is almost 4:30 with no pickup as of yet. We have called multiple times and been told multiple times what time someone would show up. Those times have long come and go. We were told they were physically purchasing and retrieving the light to be replaced. The story was they went to pick it up and someone else bought if so they had to go to another location. More time passed. Theyll be there in an hr... more hours pass now we cannot get through to anyone on the phone on where anyone is. I am not happy. I missed appointments because of the delay, my husband missed half a day of work, no one will answer. This is just not acceptable communication or management on their end. We will not use this company again which is a shame. Maybe they will learn from our experience and i hope no one else has to deal with an experince like this.

We used Guzmans for a large company event about 300 people. I was blown away by the GREAT service and pricing. These guys are really really hard workers. I cant wait for our next party so we can use them again. OH yeah, their website is so user friendly, it made finding everything I needed very easy.

Great. I got chairs on extremely short notice. They were great and well priced. I picked up the chairs on Friday for a party Saturday...and was able to bring them back on sunday...all for no extra charge. Great customer service and affordable!
