Need to bring back cashier position. Place was better when they had knowledgeable females at front desk. Lost all good employees. Loves really messed up. Place changes too much and customers don’t like change. Hardly gets any business anymore. Sorry Speedco

They have a good mechanic cant say much for the rest of them. Three hours to patch a trailer tire. Ill never go there again! 3 starrs just for the mechanic

They forgot to twist the pump and prices are high in this place

Got my refer unit service done. They had all the filters in stock. They crew was fast and and professional . One of the crew had never done a refer unit.So we had fun teaching him.We were cracking jokes as they did the work.ie: we certified him in flipping the toggle switch to turn the unit on and off. 😂

They did a wonderful job on my truck. I will definitely be coming back here. I definitely recommend these guys

Went to get an oil change. Four to five guys jumped on my truck finished oil change seem like it was going good I went to start my truck. Truck wouldnt stay on. Had to tow my truck to another shop to repair what was damaged. Took about 4 days to get my truck back. I had to rent a truck to continue running my business. That was not good business on my side I lost money renting a truck. Ive been at this Loves Speedco location a few times Im always having to check the oil filter to make sure that it is tightened down all the way when its not I pointed out to the tech and they take care of it. But I shouldnt be pointing it out to them they should be verifying it themselves. Now I have to think twice before going to this location.

Night time service writer is very inefficient has mechanic doing tire work when the tire guy is just sitting there doing nothing. The service writer doesnt acknowledge anyone when they walk in he is too busy looking at his cell phone.

This place looks like a junk yard out back- camper shell- camper trailer trash people parking overnight —-loves needs to fire someone at this place get a real manager and treat this place with the respect speedco once had and lost when loves ruined it.

They were pretty detailed of what they were doing and kept me informed.

!!!UNPROFESSIONAL!!!, one star is a lot for these guys. over the last 3 oil changes only once without problems, the first time did not tighten the fuel filter, the truck shut off after 30 miles. the second time is not bad. the third time: !!!Mechanic forgot to put the rubber gasket on the fuel filter!!!Decide for yourself, If you want to go here for the service, But if you went: follow every movement of these guys, check everything, but if you have a driver and need to change the oil ... I do not recommend this place. !!!I decided for myself that I will not change the oil more here, I would rather wait in line in another place, but I will save my time in the future on the road!!!

I had my oil changed in Denver Colorado at speedco at 8:30 am on may 30 then drove to grand junction Colorado before stopping for the night and I done a walk around the truck and the oil plug in the bottom of the pan was dripping oil so NJ i call the Denver speedco to report the problem and was informed to call the local loves here in grand junction the gentleman told me there would be a road service call charge to me to come and tighten the oil plug. I was not a mile away from them so i give in and leave my parking space and go there where they did tighten up the plug. The tech turned it almost a complete turn before it reached torque specs. I returned to my parking spot but it is still dripping oil. Dont know if they crossed thread the plug or what they have done. Was told to call for a service truck buy Denver speedco to come and look at it. What should I do????

I went today to grease my truck and I asked the technician to lift my front axle and grease the king pins, the technician said ok and I heard a voice saying is a 30$ extra charge for lifting the axle (its was the manager Todd saying that) and I told him this is the first time when somebody at Speedco asked 30$ extra for lifting the front axle for grease the king pins. So we started to argue and he told me to liv the shop. I moved my truck outside and I call speedco in Iowa and I asked if they are asking 30$ extra for lifting the front axle and the answer was NO and I go inside asking Todd to lessen what the other manager from Iowa he saying about the extra 30$ ....ofcourse Todd told me to go out from the shop. I hope Speedco &Loves can do something, because they are good technicians at this location and they deserve a better manager. I am going to email the corporation to.

We had a rough start but they came through with flying colors they went out of the way to take care of my truck and trailer & satisfied this customer and as I observed all theyre customers

I have been trying to support my local business and want to do services here for the past 8 years, but not anymore at all, stay away. Always student techs that leave some issues on the truck and now a rude manager with out a name tag.

Under staffed big time got here at 4:00 pm got out at 11:00 pm no BS wow !!! The employees are nice but overworked and stressed come on speedco get these people some help

Speedco store Commerce City COassistances manger made me walk away with a very bad attitude. I was trying to help by opening my truck hood and he start to attack me. (Ted I believe)“DUDE don’t touch the truck this is MY SHOP” I got very upset and left the shop. I will not go back to this specific location and I hope management will take care of that matter as the business just lost $500 in 2 seconds and future oil changes as well.I never had a problem like that in SPEEDCO for many years. That was a surprise to me.Ted you’re a loser (I almost sure Ted was his name)

Great customer service. Pearce was very helpful and addressed all my concerns. They did a through job of greasing my truck, oil change, etc. Im definitely going back.

I do not advise anyone to come to this shop after changing the oil change to the truck the next day my truck didn’t start. I had a terrible dialogue with the manager of this place he spoke with me disrespectfully. The job was not done professionally.

I had a need to fix my AC, and i asked them to refill the AC system, but they told me, Okay we can refill it, but we dont put oil inside the system, only freon 134a.......so i guess i will enjoy my AC system for few months and then my AC compressor will lock.This people are pathetic.

Lets just say, we made it to the Blue Beacon truck was down the road, after getting an oil change from here, and i have oil spilling onto the ground! Called them to get someone out here to fix whatever they did, but no ones showed up, half hour or so has gone by, we cant move the truck, and we blocking up the wash bag! Not happy with them at the moment

Fix at your own risk I brought my truck to fix wheel seal the mechanic are rookies they took down my brake chamber and they don’t know how to put it back so be careful.

Typical Speedco efficiency PM oil change/lube tractor-trailer @ a fair price. There were tractors ahead of me but the crew worked hard getting drivers back out on the road. I have always been impressed by Speedco employees nationwide. My favorite place to go for PM is Speedco. Kayla, Garrett and JT deserve special mention - Outstanding Service!

Not sure why people are complaining about wait times and such. Stop being lazy and call before you arrive like I did today. The wait time was under 30 minutes. Finished the oil change in under an hour and we were rolling again! GREAT customer service. This is the fourth time we have gone to this location. Will come again! Thanks guys!

Bad experienceDid PM and tire rotation. Asked tech if they torqued my plug because I didnt see them do it. He said they did. Two days later over 1000 miles driven in the morning doing my prettrip I noticed a huge puddle of oil coming from top. They didnt tightened my oil filter cup. Went to the nearest loves to get it fixed and the manager at speedo didnt want to pay for it.I guess going forward Ill have to stay with the long waits at TA.

My experience at this place was good. People are nice, looks pretty clean. I spent there about an hour, but I had them to change my engine, transmission and differentials oils. Like I wrote, that was my own experience. I wold come back again.

Theyre friendly And do what they say theyre going to. Unfortunately their work ethic reminds me of how it was at my first job at a pizza place. No/little organization and they like to talk and not work. Took way longer than it should have for an annual inspection. Cheapest place on town for one, though. Lol, guess you get what you pay for. Will likely be back in a year for another.

STOPPED BY ABOUT THREE MONTHS AGO FOR LUBE OIL AND FILTER FOR MY TRUCK. SERVICE WAS GREAT. SINCE THEN I LOST MY RECEIPT. I RECENTLY BLEW THE DETROIT MOTOR DD15 ON MY FREIGHTLINER AND I WAS ASKED FOR DOCUMENTATION OF MY OIL CHANGES FOR THE PAST 12 MONTHS. I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH MANAGER ERNESTO FOR A COPY. I GAVE HIM ALL THE NEEDED INFO SUCH AS DATE OF SERVICE, AND TRUCK INFO. HE TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE THAT HE WOULD CALL ME BACK IN TWO TO THREE DAYS.SO I STOPPED BY IN PERSON AND AGAIN SPOKE WITH ERNESTO AND HE SAID HE WAS VERY BUSY. HE WAS SHOOTING THE SH**WITH HIS EMPLOYEES. NOT ONLY HAS HE BEEN VERY RUDE BUT HE IS DELAYING THE REPAIRS ON MY WORK TRUCK.SOMEONE HAS PLACED HIM ON A GOLDEN PEDESTAL AND SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE TO CORRECT THIS SORRY SITUATION AT THIS PLACE. Took 1.5 hours to get in the door, and I was next. Another 1.5 hours for the pm. I noticed I needed a new steer tire and was talking to the tire tech, Wolf, and he was showing me the tire that he was quoting when Joquin said He can help you from the other side in an elevated voice. I calmly asked excuse me . Joquin said get on the other side of the counter in a very rude elevated voice. I told Wolf to never mind and stopped the tire purchase. I was where I was because 1. He was showing me the tire on the computer and 2. I am a little hard of hearing and there was a lot of chatter in the office.Between the 3hour PM and rude employee, I wont be back.PS, There were employees walking around doing nothing instead of helping with the customers work. Very in efficient and the place very disorganized.

Night crew was cool and I enjoyed talking to them. This location however doesnt care to add people to fill their needs time wise. Day crew, who I spoke with for all of 5 minutes, were rude and could care less what kind of problem youve got. Wish I could say well be back but well be taking our 4 trucks elsewhere in the Denver area.

I am updating my review from a few years back. Since Loves took over things have gotten some what better. This location seems to have problems retaining managers and employees, so every time I go here theirs a new hand being trained which makes for a bit long of a service. The plus side is most patrons have given up on waiting so the lines are minimal.

This place is a joke stay at the TA orGo down the road to loves. I’ve been here 4 hours waiting for them to free up a jack. Yet the road side truck is sitting in the parking lot and we can’t use that one...

Usually this Speedco is fairly quick. Today, however was not the case. We were in the bay for 2 1/2 hours for a grease job!This is absolutely unacceptable!
