Friendly service.

Id give 5 stars to the crew that cleans the tanker trailers, they do a fantastic job. But Id only give 1 star to the office personnel. While their hours are clearly posted only the guys cleaning the rail cars are there working. If you need a trailer washout be prepared to wait from 2 to 4 hours depending on what time you show up because you cant get your trailer washed out until office personnel show up. If the office people would show up for work as their hours indicate Id give them 5 stars.
