My recycling was due to be picked up on Monday...weve called every day this week, and Ive been told, its being picked up today. I still have a months worth of boxes and recycling piled up on my curb. And they claim to be reliable.

Been waiting for new service, for three months now. Still no trash or recycle bins. Can never get a hold of any, as no one answers the phones. The two times I’ve actually been able to talk to a human being, I was told my bins would be delivered the next week: Still waiting. I have emailed them countless request, as well. Same results

This is the worst trash service I have ever experienced. My husband and I moved into our house in June and in a two month period they missed trash pick up 4 times. Every time we filled out the “missed pickup online” AND called they said to leave our trash out for 48 hours. Unfortunately they never came so not only were we the neighbors that had our trash out all the time, but our trash smelt weekly. Finally after the 4th missed trash pickup we canceled, switched to Waste Connection (which is 1,000 times better), and asked them to pick up our trash cans. 2 months later and countless calls to them we still have our cans that they will not pick up. In addition to that, they keep trying to bill us more money for our monthly bill. I will be posting this on every form of social media because everyone deserves to know how terrible Republic is.

I would love to know when you all plan in picking up our trash? Its been three weeks now.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with! They just stopped coming! Bill is paid I have no clue what the problem is.Customer service is RUDE and never responded.

After months of not picking up the trash day trash they want an extortion extortion fee to cancel the cancel the contract if you are considering considering them dont instead instead call CRI they are on time and even cheaper

Missing one star due to the price. $85 for a pick up truck. Must have a safety vest and load covered. Also, line of big trucks was long and confusing at the entrance. Stay in the middle line...Guy at the window was friendly to me. Drive up to the hill wasnt as far up as the one in Aurora.

The landfill prices are so outrageous $156.00 for a small trailer of branches. No wonder people just dump their garbage in some empty lot. Come on man, work for the people instead ripping them off.

Was working on the weekend taking a small amount of demo trash to landfill I tried to use the company I work for account like I was told to by my boss. But the weigh master Juan told me I could not use the company account because he couldnt confirm I was working. Although I was driving my company vehicle which I do not do outside of working mon-fri. I told the guy I would show him messages from my boss or call him. He said that would not suffice which is absurd.

Missed a pick up this week. Have it on camera that they just skipped over our bins despite them saying we didnt have our bins out. Three days in a row they promised our trash would be picked up and shockingly (not really), it never happened. I plan on discussing this issue with our HOA since we all pay for their services. Just a terrible experience.

DO NOT consider this company for your residential trash service!!! Theres not even enough lines on this platform describe my issues. All I have to say is avoid at all costs. And by the way, I havent reviewed a company in years positively or negatively, but they are with the negative review!

My neighbors use there service. This is the mess the company left after pickup. I called and complained and 10hrs later the pile is still there.

We just moved to Brighton and this is one of the few trash and recycle service available. Its The only one listed on services by the City of Brighton. The first week they didnt deliver our cans. The second week they didnt pick up trash. The third week they didnt pick up our recycle so we had to have them make a scheduled missed pick up trip to get it. The fifth week they forgot to pick up the recycle again AND didnt come get it on the day they scheduled the missed pick up trip. They didnt pick it up at all! So then the seventh week they missed the recycle AGAIN and missed the scheduled missed pickup trip also! Terrible terrible terrible!!!Edit: We switched to Waste Management and couldnt be happier! It was easy to switch! Republic ended up refunding us what we paid for recycling because of how poor their service was. It did take talking to many many customer service reps though! WM is cheaper and they pick up recycling every week! Hooray!

This place is absolutely terrible, they’ve missed every pick up since Christmas. And all but 1 missed pick ups for each of those weeks. The staff is uninterested in helping and does absolutely nothing. Hopefully they figure it out this week. I’ve had them since November and believe they have only completed 4 pickups, yet I’m still being charged the normal amount. If you have a choice, choose someone else. They are honestly this bad.

Extremely convenient and easy to pull your truck or car in and dump your stuff, but it is inanely expensive. $86 for a simple pickup truck of scraps that didnt even come close to going over the bed rails in height. Some scrap lumber, a couple things concrete from an old fence post, 3 old rotted fence posts and some random pvc pipes and such stuff laying around in my garage. I used a truck because its convenient, but I could have easily fit it all in the back seat of a Honda Civic instead, I think it would have been half the price.

Nice people working scales and slightly cheaper than front range. Was a flat $96 for a F350 pickup with all the taxes and such.

Horrible customer service. Try for yourself to experience the joy of dealing with them. They raise their rates every year by $40.00 without notification. Then when you call in to talk to someone about your account they cannot do anything without approval from the account manager. Everything has to go through an account manager but you can never get a hold of them. This company is designed to make it difficult to make changes to your account. The only way I could get anything accomplished was to take proof of my recorded phone calls with the customer service reps to my lawyer and having my lawyer send them a letter. The absolute worst customer service! Not worth the additional stress and hassle.

Easy drop off with a loaded up full size pick up truck. Friendly service at the weigh in. Cost 55$ for pick up not bad. There is also a 15$ environmental fee. + tax 75$

Had WM they were over priced and rude. switched to republic services and they willingly picked up my extra trash with no hassel and great customer service. They have the best price in town. WM is a bunch of theives. Thank you republic services for you great customer service and afdordable rates.

Horrible customer service. They miss a recycling pickup, then lie repeatedly about when they will make it up, then I cant get a manager to call me back. They clearly do not care about their customers.

I am so surprised that ANYONE would give these guys more than 1 star just based on their prices. You are being overcharged if you are paying any more than $8 per truck load at any other land fill. These guys are changing $81 per truck load! Its absolute highway robbery and I am shocked that Commerce City allows these guys to gouge people like that. When I first moved to Brighton, I wondered why so many people dump their trash on the roadsides. Now I know!

Worst trash company ever. Horrible customer service, wish I could rate with zero stars, dont be fooled beware of this company. They are taking the concept of trash to far, they treat their customers like garbage.

Do not use Republic Services for residential recycling pickup. Since I paid my bill in September, my biweekly recycling pickup has turned into no pickup even if you call and beg them to provide the service youre paying for. Ive gotten pickup 3 times in 12 weeks and 2 times was only because I reported missed pickups. The last ~6 weeks Ive had 0 pickups, despite calling and using their online service.

Go to the aurora landfill. These guys are rude and cost nearly double because they can charge whatever they want

Overall its pretty cheap

An hour wait usually after 6pm
