Do your research before choosing this shop for your maintenance! We had an appointment scheduled for a Wednesday and we asked when we dropped it off what additional information they needed to get our truck in - they said we were good to go. The following week, our truck still wasnt in the bay because NOW they needed a form with a customer number. Our multiple calls were ducked and when we went to pick it up and take it to a different repair shop, it had magically been pulled in shortly before.Ultimately we were greeted with a large bill, no fix and horrible customer service by both the shop manager and owner. We agreed to pay half so we could leave and will never return.

Ive owned Terex Hi-Ranger bucket trucks for over 30 years. Just bought a brand new one which we cant use because it breaks down 4 out of 5 times we have taken it to a job. Terex Denver and there field techs have jerked me around going on 4 months
