We were stranded with no knowledge of the area and the decision to take our vehicle here was the best choice we have ever made. The owner (also known as Cool) was very knowledgeable, understanding, and SO reasonably priced. Their service was prompt and their staff is extremely well trained. This place is a diamond in the rough! Cool runs one of the few TRUE auto body and towing services that operate with the customer in mind. He went above and beyond any of my expectations. I live north of Denver and was looking for a towing company near my repair shop. They (Dart auto) recommended I call All Points Towing. Awesome service from Josh start to finish. He called ahead of arrival and took great care of my Audi. The car wont start and Josh had to roll it out of the driveway to get it loaded. I offered to help and he said no problem, hed take care of me. Thats exactly what happened...no problems, no damage and service with a smile. Thanks.

Just got done having these guys tow a vehicle of mine that had been stranded for a bit. The folks at the office were kind enough to grant my request for a phone call for I didnt have to wait at the location for the tow truck to arrive; we simply met at the location. Worked out perfectly!From there, the driver, Chuck, was a friendly guy. Nice small talk as he went to work. The vehicle got loaded and unloaded without a problem, and was a really painless experience (Im writing a positive review, after all!). Combined with a good price for the services, I couldnt be happier.

My car broke down in the middle of the night traveling cross-country. They came out of their way to get me and even called a hotel to check availability for me. Wonderful, wonderful people.

Guys look before you call this company, those are not human, eric was very nasty mind to deal with. He is not coming to help you, he is coming to take your money or fight you I didnt have time for fight . All my concern was to jump my truck. He took $100 for showing to my place . He doesnt have a tool to jump a truck . He came because he knows he gonna get the no no matter how.

I had a very very bad experience here with all points towing there a bunch of liars and they love to b.s there customers. Truck got impounded and they said they could help me but they let me down big time specially after they assured me they would help me out DONT CALL LIARS

Dont bother. Called for an estimate. When he answered the phone I told him what i needed, he asked year make model and distance . I gave him the details and he said $85 hookup fee, $5 per mile charge and if you mapquest it you can fugure it out and hung up on me. Great service.

0 stars if I could because theyre literally the WORST people ever. I am a girl and my car broke down in the middle of the road try to take it to the dealer to get fixed. I knew something was wrong with the ABS and I just needed to get it to mechanic. My tow truck driver tried to say it was the alternator and he could fix it. I said NO about a million times he was rude, persistent, and was just trying to scam me to make money on the side. He pretty much forced me to take it to auto zone. Auto zone tested it and it wasnt my alternator but my battery was shot. I bought a new battery just so I could get away from this tow guy who then made me pay him $20 to put in battery, which auto zone would have done for me for free. TOTAL SCAM ARTIST. ALL I wanted was to get my car towed to a damn mechanic. And what do you know I finally get it the mechanic and its not the alternator. These guys shouldnt even be in business. Rude, pushy, dont ever call. Do your job and dont try to be a mechanic! You should actually lose your job.

Well after being a long time customer of All Points Towing, I called then to have my dodge ram picked up, and not only did they pick ip up they impounded it. Hence their website that says no impound. The issue was that I was in an accident while rushing to the drivers location to pay the tow bill. Not only that but they questioned me about a tip more than once, and when i had to go to hospital, the driver decided to say I,m impounding your vehicle. Then when my ex wife went to pick it up, they doubled the bill and lied to her. Way to loose a long time customer and come to find out the driver has issues with his license. Check this out!

The driver picked me up and told me during the ride all about his numerous DUIs. I feared for my life during the entire time. Im calling AAA and telling them to take this company off thier list! Dont trust them with your family.

This is not the first time Ive used this company and I wont choose anybody else their staff is very well trained in they came to help me in the middle of the night when nobody else would.

Not a good company to work for. One of the owners has anger issues and will hold your pay for no reason.
