This shop is awesome and the staff is very nice!They did a great job of repairing my company van and in a timely manner. They even cleaned and vacuumed the inside of my van, which surprised me because I’m the one that had it super messy.I will definitely use them for future needs, and I would highly recommend them.

Body shop exceeded allotted time frame for repairs by 15 days. I’m out of pocket for the the rental the 15 days!The quality of work is poor. They delayed my vehicle repair for over 14 days. Wouldn’t bring in a mechanic to diagnose problems wasting over a week of repair time. I personally had to arrange and coordinate to have my vehicle towed to a different auto shop to get my vehicle running and then return it to the shop for my auto body repairs to be completed. Over all horrible experience. They wouldn’t Warrantee their work and hustled me to pay out of pocket for an entire vehicle paint job out of pocket.Last place I’d ever take my vehicle!Dishonest lazy poorly managed!!!

My vehicle was stolen and trashed and then recovered. I had it at 2 different auto repair/dealers before taking it to BJs (recommended by my insurance agent) and so grateful I did. My car looks new again and Mike was great about keeping me posted on the progress during the whole process. The staff is great and friendly and my repairs are all warrantied while o own the car. I got hit by someone turning into the right side of my car which caused some pretty bad damage. It was my first accident I had been in, and was definitely stressed about finding a reliable mechanic that had a quick turnaround time because I use my car for my job. I called numerous mechanic shops in the area and got the same response that it would take over a month or more to get my car repaired. I found BJ’s, called them, and was able to book an appointment for the following day. I brought my car in and they got it fixed in about 10 days which was extremely fast! My car looked great and drove just like it used to before the accident, and it was also extremely clean. They communicated extremely well and answered every phone call immediately which made the entire process very easy and hassle-free. I definitely recommend BJ’s because they care about their customers and delivered fast and reliable service.

Mike helped me out. He did everything he could to help me lessen the estimate. Altho the car was totalled out he worked with me to get my car moved and is a honest person. I would love to take another car to him

I got run into and my truck pretty thoroughly banged up so it was a lame experience not have to deal with. BJ’s was the shop recommended by the insurance company paying the bill and Frankly I was expecting a mediocre experience but Mike and BJ’s gave me a very pleasant surprise. I left my car at BJs with my back door completely smashed and came back to my car looking brand new. I am in love with the work they did on my car. My Truck was badly damaged in a attempted theft, with many interior and mechanical parts damaged and punched. Mike and the Boys saw to it that my truck was returned in not only perfect condition like new but my truck was washed cleaned inside and out and sanitized with Vital Oxide . We had some insurance work done here and after the way we were treated we highly recommend this place. My wife went on and on about the no pressure atmosphere and no creepy folks trying to pull any tricks or feeling like a sleazy environment. The work that was done was outstanding and based on their quality we will be taking our vehicles here for work.In addition to fixing the rear-end, they also cleaned the car inside and out even though they did not have to at all. They seem really dedicated to the work and making sure the customer is satisfied. I do all the maintenance on our vehicles and while I am no mechanic I rarely trust others to work on my vehicles (this was an insurance claim so I did not touch the car to do any DIY repairs). If you are particular, or concerned about quality, creepy vibes, or getting ripped off then then this may be a great choice to consider.

I was in an accident and hesitant about what kind of repairs I wanted to do based off of previous repair jobs from other companys. He kindly helped me make my decision and wasnt pushy as all. You could tell he cares!

If I could give this shop a 0, I would. I was told to come here because they were an Allstate preferred shop but I wish I hadnt. I have never experienced a company so dishonest, unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. After the 3rd time of them trying to fix the car and a mo the later and it still being misaligned, Allstate suggested that we take it to another shop. The other shop, with the approval of Allstate had to do an additional $2000 in repairs to fix their mistakes. The other shop even showed us where BJs actually moved our door back in an attempt to make the fender fit.When we approached the manager at BJs about all of the issues, he actually began screaming and yelling in my face (a woman) to the point where I was extremely uncomfortable.I would avoid this shop at all costs. Their work is unethical and their staff is disrespectful and rude.

The biggest thing Is taking pride in your work. Which this company did not do. They said they would detail it. They said they would fix my running board. I was highly disastfied. There was still puke stains, still smelled of cigarettes, still no bolts in my running board (barely hanging on). No gas cap. Stains in the seats. I understand some things you cant do. But I promise you some of the things that were left undone were not because of difficulty. They just didnt try. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

Havent gotten any work done yet, but so far our experience with them has been fantastic. They cant get to our car for a few weeks but took time to perform a cursory inspection and give us a rough estimate on whether it could be fixed without costing more than the car is worth or needing to junk it.I will update either way, but every person here is super nice and very accomodating

Total waste of my time, misleading rude and lied. They were to do a simple fix on my truck ignition and install a security system. The say they install security systems but they do not. Said they have work done in one day maybe two. Delayed the work after the truck was towed and blamed it on me because they forgot to have me sign their paperwork when I was in office. Simple job both insurance and I agreed to do it but instead got jerked around. I will not refer them or go there again. The do not deserve one star.

BJs auto did a great job repairing my SUV from an accident that resulted from one of our snowstorms in Feb. Everyone in the office is super nice, they kept me posted every step of the way, they helped me with info on rental cars, my finished car looks fabulous, they washed and cleaned inside and outside. It looked like it did when I picked it up new 2 years ago from the dealer!A week after I picked up my car when I realized the windshield washer fluid wasnt working (thinking it was leftover damage that wasnt caught initially), they said bring it on in whenever you get a second, and I drove it over the next day and they found it was just a disconnected hose, which they fixed for me while I waited. While * hope * to not get in a car accident ever again, if I ever have any sorts of body shop issues with my vehicles, I will use BJs again!Oh, the day after my accident, I called like 5+ auto body shops to just see if they could give me an estimate. NONE could even just do a 5 minute estimate before the next 6+ months. Everyone was busy with hail damage from May, 2017. Which, I get, but I wasnt even sure my car was safe to drive, and nobody except BJs could spend just FIVE minutes looking at my car?Use BJs - you wont have to wait till 2019 to get your car fixed!

These guys use to be great. Both times, my truck got hit in the last two big hail storms. I have had to return the truck both times for lack of attention to detail. This last storm, two of our trucks got hit and both of the trucks was far below par for what Bj use to be as quality. One truck was hood and roof replacement with minor dents. Even with that, they left adheasive all around the vehicle where they taped it up for some kind of welding but told me it was all buffed up and cleaned up. The other truck of mine in for hail repair, the thing was absolutely dusty, dirty, and not one buff to it. It wasnt even washed, more dust on the roof then its ever seen, left a big hail dent in the side and cowel broken in the front.... attention to detail?? Sorry our company is going to be looking for another body shop. People are nice, but quality is going south..

They provide top service, they even detailed the car and filled up the gas tank, beyond making repairs.

So I went into BJs Auto Theft and Collision, Thinking here I GO ANOTHER AUTO BODY SHOP GONNA take advantage of me....Nope, Greeted Nicely by Sue at the front desk that helped me with a warm smile. She said I will have Drake up here in a moment to give you an estimate on your vehicle shortly. I waited about 2 mins, when this gentleman came up and said Hello Crystal and shook my hand and went out to my Vandalized Tundra Truck. After looking at it he said let me take it to the back and see if we can just buff out these key marks for you. I said what? I said No I will pay for them, he said No its not a problem. About 30 mins later he had my truck out front with most of the scratches almost gone...FOR FREE!!!! I still needed to get service on my truck regardless, but with customer service like this I didnt need to look any future then BJs Collision. It A WONDERFUL FEELING that Customer Service still exists in this WORLD!!! Thank You Drake and Sue

Communication was a no go, I feel that when you are taking something as expensive as a car to be repaired commination via text message is unprofessional. Even though this was a recommendation from my insurance company I do not think I will use them again. After receiving a text that my car was done I called the shop to make the payment and make arrangements for my car to be left out as I was not going to make it before the business closed, they said no problem and told them where to leave the keys. After driving through a hail storm we get to the shop to find that my car was not left out nor did anyone pick up the phone to call me. Very unprofessional and waste of time to have them say it was for the good of the car. Well Yes it was but someone could have called to let me know so I did not have to drive in bad weather.

Terrible experience and would not recommend. went to get a quote on hail damage and after calling to find out the results of the insurance claim was told they didnt want our business that we should find someone else. what happened to this company?! very disappointing

They gave me a fair estaminet and when the insurance company sent them my money they were very honest called me to come pick up the check from them they were very friendly to me every time I entered the facility

Wouldnt recommend BJs Auto theft &collision had my Gmc 1500 taken there after it was recovered since being stolen had paint scratches 2bad tires and some interior electrical damage and smoke smell and after 1.5 months some paint scratches are still there the inside still smelled of cigarettes and garbage could obviously tell it wasnt cleaned and the response was we use an ioniser to clean it still waiting on parts so it can be finished

Avoid! A bear broke into my honda CRV and spilled milk all over the interior and broke a door handle off. I took it here and had them look at it. They said they could handle the detail job no problem. I scheduled to bring the car in two weeks later while on vacation so I wouldnt have to pay for a rental car for the week it was supposed to take. I called the day I was flying home (a week after Id dropped it off) to find that they had done absolutely nothing on the car and now it wouldnt be ready till the following Monday. When I dropped it off I had told them to call me before they did any body work but that they could do the interior immediately. I was called on Monday and told it was ready. I got to the shop and the seats hadnt been cleaned. There was clearly still milk that hadnt been touched by any form of cleaner throughout the car and there was still milk dripped all down the inside of the door. I told them it was a full interior detail not just the carpets. Returned on Wednesday to re-inspect to find that the seats still hadnt been properly cleaned (spots of clear milk drips - basically I could have improved them with a toothbrush and water it was so obvious) then I opened the trunk (the area where most of the milk spilled) to find that they hadnt even touched it. Milk everywhere! BJ, the owner personally took it back and said he would have them fix it. at this point theyve had my car for 2 weeks for an interior detail!!!! I returned today to pick it up and was promised it was done. Theres still milk splattered all on the door handle inside, crusted up along the window etc. theres still a huge milk stain on the carpet in the back that looks like I could hose it off and it would be a better job. they compensated me 40 dollars for two days of the rental vehicle and told me I could wait around for their detailer to take it back in. Absolutely ridiculous! Now Im sure theyll comment and say how they tried to make it right and do everything in their power to improve it but frankly if it takes you 2 weeks to clean a car and you miss obviously crusted milk all over a door panel not once but 3 times, theres no way Im going to sit around a 4th time. Now, months later I realized my speaker on the side they replaced the handle on, wasn’t working at all. I took the panel off to find that not only had they not reconnected the speaker (2 simple wires) they, had smashed one of the wire ends in the panel when they put it back on! I reconnected it myself and the speaker works just fine but this is absolutely ridiculous. They can’t even appropriately replace a door handle. Dont ever come here.

Ive been here twice and refered a friend for some body work. They always go above and beyond and make it as smooth a process as possible. I drive there from DTC becuase of their outstanding service & work.

Originally took my car in for hail damage. Theyfixed the hail damage, but I had to take it back two more times to fix the things that they messed up. Ovetall, it took about eleven weeks to get my car finished.

They got my truck in a week earlier and when I got it back it looked like a new truck. Will alway use them and recommend them to others.

My experience with this shop was frustrating and unprofessional. Communication on their part was almost non-existent. I spent two weeks after getting rear-ended trying to get repairs started with them and eventually just went to a different shop. Cant speak for their repair process as I never even got an estimate out of them, after being told I would get it again and again for several days.

Such a good shop I had to wait a couple weeks to get my insurance claim in but they took care of me and my geico claim 😍
