I was lucky to get Boris as a tech. Knowledgeable, quick, cleaned up our disgusting vents! He was great and he cured our heating issue upstairs by happy accident. Our insulation had fallen and was blocking the air return vent. This made our upstairs 80 degrees and the rest of the house 63 degrees. We had our first properly-heated restful nights sleep all season. Big thanks to Boris! Very glad I got this cleaned with AirDuct Specialists.
