From day one M&V were very professional and worked with me and my now wife to achieve everything that we were asking for. If there was something they didnt have available on our wedding day they went out of their way to get us in contact with another company that could help us. The driver that they provided for their party bus the day of our wedding was very nice. I would definitely recommend using this company. They provided us everything we couldve asked for.

I have hired M&V Limos several times. They are truly a class act. From beginning to end the process was seamless and accommodating. Our last trip was a Christmas in july party. We rode the trolley. We reserved the trolley for our wedding in long island and we were beyond happy with the service. Mark really went above and beyond, he was prepared with everything on the trolley even an extra cooler when ours broke! He assisted at the church lining everyone up and coordinated with the church director. He was so great!!!

We rented a Limo through Jenna at M&V for my moms 50th surprise birthday! Everything was incredible. Our limo driver even got us to the wineries earlier than expected, which allowed for extra picture taking time and even offered to take pictures of our large group! Only giving two stars because 1/2 of the services we used from M&V were great, but the other half, not so much.We reserved a trolley for our wedding to take the bridal party to the church, and then to the venue. the trolley was great! very prompt, helped everyone get on and off the bus, fluffed my dress for me before i walked down the isle. he even drove to his daughters house last minute to get a bluetooth speaker because the trolley didnt have the promised AUX cord.The shuttle service was not good. there were about 50 guests that needed a ride from the hotel to the venue. we told them to start bringing guests over at 5pm, and they ended up only making ONE trip. half of the guests had to drive themselves, cramming into cars so that they could make it to some of the cocktail hour. they also only made ONE trip back to the hotel. we paid them for 7 hours of shuttle service, and they provided about MAYBE 2 hours.i would recommend the trolley and Jack! but we are very disappointed with the shuttle service.

Would give zero stars if possible. I waited on the day of my wedding with my sister to get picked up from the hotel and brought to our ceremony location yesterday and THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. Even though we got a confirmation email, apparently someone forgot to put it in the system. What ever that means.. Someone had to leave the wedding site and come pick us up. Our whole wedding was late thanks to them. Sitting outside in in front of a hotel in my wedding dress waiting for a ride that never came was pretty embarrassing.

They tried to scam us! I do not recommend booking with M&V limousines. We booked & payed 1.5 months in advance for a wine tour and they called 2 weeks before to let us know they no longer our offering the tour. The original tour included 7hrs driver plus wine tastings at 2 vinyards. They said they could still drive us but only for 6 hours and the tastings would not be included and it would cost the same price. They said they would not offer a partial refund to cover the 1 less hour and tastings they would not provide anymore. I went back and forth with the lady trying to get an answer as to why they couldnt refund us the cost of the tastings and one less hour of service and she did not have an answer other than we shouldnt have been able to book the tour in the first place, essentially placing the blame on us for booking the tour on their website... which is a terrible answer. After expressing my concerns of being scammed and going back and forth with her on the phone for 20 minutes she finally was able to offer a small refund (about 1/3 the cost of the tastings) which in my opinion was an insult and terrible customer service.I recommend you look elsewhere for car services as this place is incredibly unprofessional and when they made a mistake, were unwilling to admit it and make it right to a satisfactory and acceptable amount.She did provide us with a full refund after deciding to cancel all together.

They changed up our tour 2 weeks before our date, for fourth of July weekend, leaving us basically SOL to get another company to do a wine tour. Their website is not up to date and they change their services on you with no offer to rectify the situation. Would expect much more from a company charging almost a grand to drive you around to some wineries. Thanks for nothing. Waste of time and money.

I reached out to the owners twice before I leave this review. Being a business owner myself I appreciate if there is a problem customers come to me first before leaving negative reviews. This business did not care that our limousine service for my daughters wedding was a disaster. Owners... a simple apology would have sufficed but since you already have my almost $1,000.00 payment you do not care. So to perspective customers... this was our experience. The limo arrived on time. Thats where the good ends. The driver threw us around in the back seat our entire drive from Long Island to Manhattan. We were not late their was not traffic. We were holding on not to get thrown. The A/C went out in the first 5 minutes. We were sweating and asking the driver to please get the air back working. After 20 minutes A/C was finally restored after the bride was already sweaty and wilted. The final and worse problem is my daughter steps out of limo and there is green gum all over the seat of her dress. None of us were chewing gum. Her gown was ruined right before walking down the aisle. The owners did not even apologize for any of this.

One of the best decisions I made for my wedding was using M&V Limousines. RJ was so easy to work with and extremely responsive, which is so important when planning a wedding. Our driver Marshall was great and everyone loved him. He was on time, courteous and knew exactly where he needed to go. We loved everything about M&V Limousines and will definitely use them again in the future for any events!

I paid for a 20 passenger Cadillac Escalade to celebrate my 21st anniversary with my wife and my close friends. Because it was snowing about a week ago, I asked them if they clean there limos before picking us up . They said of course we have our own personal car wash . When our limo arrived for our special day the came covered in snow and ice . I was so embarrassed when all of my guests arrived. The Cadillac was disgusting. I wish I could show pictures and videos on this post. Very very unprofessional. I would never recommend them, unless you wanna garbage truck coming to your house.

I recently hired M&V for a bachelor party. We needed a vehicle that could hold 20+ for a trip into Brooklyn. Right from the start my experience was a positive one starting with the account manager Vinny. Vinny worked with me on the arrangements, provided me all the information I needed and was prompt & courteous throughout the entire transaction. My positive experience continued on the day of the party the driver was earlier, the bus was better than expected and it was very clean. Our assigned driver was fantastic! He accommodated us when we had a few who needed a bio break but still got us there on time. He could not have been more professional or courteous it seems that’s the trend at M&V (professional & courteous employees) how refreshing! This was my first time using M&V, I would absolutely hire M&V again. This was for my son so it meant a lot to me that all went well and M&V delivered!!

Saturday June 3, 2017, I rented a limousine for my daughters prom for the cost of $1300. One would assume that a reputable company would send me a limousine in pristine and mint condition; on the contrary the chauffeur showed up with an old faded and discolored limousine. It was such an embarrassment that I could not take pictures of my daughter entering the limousine. This is the classic bate and switch from this company. Sadly I have photos of the limousine to prove its condition. The only reason I am giving at least one star is because the Chauffeur was a true professional. Buyer beware.

After arriving at JFK from Salt Lake City, ( a Five Hour Flight)I contacted the driver and proceeded to the curb with my luggage.He saw me wave and pulled over.What happened next I couldn’t believe.The driver remained seated and popped the trunk and sat waitingFor me to load my own luggage!I have never experienced this treatment before.PS. This service cost $ 154.00 one way to Huntington.

My wife and I used M&V for a night on the town in the city for the holidays to see the tree, dinner, etc. and had a wonderful time. First I booked with Jenna and I wanted to see their fleet.so I went to their lot to look at the limos. Jenna took the time to come out and show us their cars and unfortunately it was a cold day but she came out and showed us the vehicles with no hesitation. For our night we had a driver named Bob who was polite and courteous and showed up half an hour early for our night out. Even though the city was crazy it was a nice relaxing evening to be driven around and enjoy the holiday sights. I would definitely use their service again and if you can book your event with Jenna she is very helpful and patient.

I chose M&V Limos for my wedding specifically because my friend used them for their wedding only 1 month prior. The customer service is outstanding! For my friends wedding, one of the members of the bridal party was wheelchair bound, and the driver was so helpful helping her move from wheelchair to vehicle and back. He also assembled and disassembled her wheelchair for her! For my wedding, he escorted each member of the bridal party to the limo, one by one with an umbrella, as we had to go down stairs in the rain. He brought all of our things to the limo for us as well. The driver was on time, the service is affordable, and the vehicles are so beautiful! The limo ride was definitely one of the highlights of my wedding day! Thank you M&V!!!

I rented A limo from here for my parents birthdays and the driver was such a sweetheart ! He arrived right on time but of course my mom was running late like usual. He was totally cool about waiting and was extremely nice. My parents said he was amazing the entire ride ! The company was great and easy making reservations. M&V provided transportation for my daughter’s wedding. They were amazing! They coordinated everything including every challenging aspect of having a wedding on an island that could only be accessed by ferry. Who knew you had to be aware of tides and ferry schedules? They did!

Darin was very helpful, professional and has a great sense of humor. He stayed until 10 at night make sure our question were answered. He made us feel confident with the service we booked. The party bus wasn’t there but he order it to be there a couple days after so we can see it in person. He was very honest and gave his professional opinion. Also, he was very attentive!! I emailed him a couple of time and he answered within minutes. He answered any questions. Several people recommended M&V Limousines to me for my wedding and my husband and I couldnt be happier that we booked with them. They were extremely helpful with assisting me in figuring the timeline for my wedding day and always responded promptly to my e-mails. We booked the 1937 Packard and a Denali for the wedding party, as well as a small bus to transport our guests who were staying at a hotel. Duran was the driver for the Packard and he was absolutely wonderful. He seemed to genuinely enjoy his job and helped me to feel calm when driving me to the church and once we got there. He was so helpful. He saw I was cold while I was waiting outside the church so he went back to the car to get me my wrap. He helped to fix my dress while I was waiting and then took care of closing and then opening the church doors for my grand entrance. After mass, he was waiting for my new husband and I with a bottle of champagne. Although I did not ride in the Denali at all, my bridal party told me how great the driver, Carlos, was. And he was great assisting all of the bridesmaids in and out of the car, making sure they didnt fall. Lastly, the bus driver Felix was also great all day, shuttling guests back and forth and then picking my family and I up at the end of the night. We recently used M&V Limousine to get to and from JFK airport, the new Volvos were gorgeous and comfortable. The service was prompt and reliable even when our return flight was delayed. They tracked our flight, when we walked out of the airport the car and driver were waiting for us. We will definitely use M&V again!

I was quoted a price but did not sign a contract. Then several days later I called back and was quoted a different price for a better car because the car i had originally wanted was unavailable. But the manager I spoke to was very polite and honored the original price for the better model because he wanted to make us happy. It meant a lot to me and shows a lot of class! Thank you!

I had booked the limo for my daughter’s high school prom. I dealt with RJ and he was a pleasure to deal with . I explained how many kids, where to pick and drop off and he gave me a great rate. OMGGGGGGG LET ME WARN YOU NOW ABOUT THIS PLACE. Stay away. This company had made me wedding experience the worst. Besides getting into an altercation with one of my groomsmen they arrived late for picked up and had my wedding ceremony cut late within an hour and a half. Of course this is the same bus that’s suppose to take us from the ceremony to the reception when I asked if we can have an extra 30 mins that was taken from the ceremony because of their lateness they said no the bus must be at the reception by the time that was given. I explain if it wasn’t for the limo driver being late everything would’ve worked on time the driver just shrugged his shoulders as he didn’t even care. Mind you when they arrive late at the first pick up the first question that came out of the drivers mouth was “where was the gratuity?” Me being the bride had to get numerous of phone calls asking if there was a agreement stating that the Gratuity will be handed over before the trip was completed. Now just being frustrated I indicated to them that the gratuity was with one of my bridesmaids which was after the second pick up. Fast forward till after the ceremony and reaching the reception the limo driver followed me the bride for 30 minutes waiting for the gratuity to be handed to him; which I explained to them in the beginning it was one of my bridesmaids who had the money to provide to him. He harassed me the bride and a few of my groomsmen to the point the reception hall had to politely ask him to leave. Just as other reviews 30 minutes before my antique car was supposed to pick me up the limo place called and said there was an issue with the brakes so I had to get another car (with the backseat window was broken (it’s very unprofessional, very unorganized and very money hungry I will never ever use this place again and mind you I use limo services a lot and this is the worst one that I ever came across. If you want to have a good event and enjoy the time and not worry about simple things choose somewhere else.

M & V was awesome to work with for our wedding planning. We met with Billy multiple times and he was a pleasure to work with. He showed us the different vehicles they had in the parking lot and recommended what would work best for us. We had a lot of moving parts for our day, between different vehicles, different pickup locations, transferring coolers, and everything worked out perfectly. The party bus that we had from the church to the reception was one of the best parts of our day. The coach buses that we used for shuttles were great and had plenty of storage for all of the items we had to bring back from the reception. All of the drivers were very personable and professional. Would recommend M&V to anyone that needs any type of transportation for their wedding or any other event!

Rented sprinter lounge for birthday to go wine tasting in LI. I called several times to ask questions regarding capacity, pricing, change the time and even pick up location. The air conditioning and radio did not work on the party bus. They did end up having us switch buses, but that caused us to be late for our event. The driver was great, but why wasnt the bus checked before sending it out to make sure everything was in working order?

I used your service for my granddaughters Prom a 15 pass Chrysler 300...its was beautiful, and clean, the kids as well as the other parents were completely satisfied. Your driver Garrett was amazing I felt comfortable with him with these kids. When I would call to check on them he wasnt annoyed, very polite humbled man. I contacted M&V limousines bc I needed a large shuttle bus for my wedding guests. I emailed this company and almost instantly Darien responded to my email with TONS of information. He was prompt and thorough and explained every option with me. We then spoke on the phone and he reassured me that everything would run smoothly and that someone would contact me the week of to finalize pick up and drop off times. The week of the wedding Judy called me and she was great. We set up times for the shuttle bus and she suggested designating one of our guests to make sure that all of our guests were easily directed to the bus. Even though I forgot to designate someone everything went smoothly and all my guests were on time. That was the only thing I was worried about but everything pulled through! I would definitely recommend this company for any of your transportation needs they are extremely professional and definitely know what they’re doing !

I originally loved this place. But after time so many things started piling up to increase my distaste. First time going I was promised a price that I thought was fair. But during the next meeting they decided to change their minds and boost the price back up. The next problem I faced was when they would tell me to come on the lot to see the bus we were getting...I would come and then the bus wouldnt be there/available to see. Our group was promised a specific bus however come the night of prom we received something totally different. Even though this wasnt the bus we payed for we didnt make a big fuss over it because it was getting to and from where we needed to go for 12 hrs. Although we were suppose to have the bus for 12 hrs...they cut our trip short & was told the driver has the right to do that if he wants by the manager. The driver became very hostile and when simply asked if he was going to be outside waiting to take us home, he refused to answer & left us questioning how a group of teens were going to make it home.Interestingly enough the next morning a parent called the company because someone had lost an item, come to find out that the bus that was sent to us was NOT from M&V limousines and they just sent that one over from a whole different company because they decided that other proms were more important than ours.So many people write good reviews for this place so I assume its because they have been lucky enough to get what they payed for & even get drivers that work directly with their company instead of an alternative. From the start my experience with them has not been very honest. If they were to just be honest with me, I would have completely understand. It was just the lack of respect and decent courtesy that led to an unsatisfied night.

Great prices, excellent customer service! We used them for shuttle service for our wedding earlier this summer. Very easy to set up with their friendly staff. They laid out different options we could choose from. And our driver was also very friendly, on time, and very professional. Lost my cell phone and limo info in Rome Airport. After arriving at JFK, there were extensive delays in baggage and security lines. After the delays, I went to passenger info and finally was able to find your contact number and use the customer service womans cell to contact you. Much to my great relief, your driver was still waiting for us in parking lot B. Like your other drivers weve had before, she was most friendly and accommodating. A WELCOME FRIEND upon re-entering the good old US!!! Have used your company before, as has some good friends of ours.Thank you a million times over!

My wife and I decided to go with M&V Limousine for our wedding. These guys are nothing short of excellent. To start, customer service was impeccable. We dealt with Antonio (Tony) initially, and then with Marshall, both these guys were excellent to talk with. Lastly, on the day of our wedding, our driver Steven was on point with everything. Steven was punctual, accommodating, attentive, and intuitive; Truly a professional. For example, Steven took it upon himself to ask for our photographers phone number so he can coordinate the schedule with her, and keep her updated on our arrival from church to reception hall and everything in between (no prompting needed from us - we were impressed). We will definitely recommend M&V Limousine to our friends, more specifically, we will recommend they try to get Steven as their driver. Hes awesome.
