This is my second time getting a car tinted with this company & they are very professional, punctual & the tint is of good quality. Got my equinox done last year & it still looks great. No peeling, no bubbling, absolutely perfect so of course it was a no brainer to come back & get a second car tinted!!!!

Where to begin,First off the customer service is unmatched! when calling around the Columbus area for window tint prices I was met with rude tones and seemingly unimportant responses. as if I didnt matter.That was in the winter of 2019 and a year later I still remembered that phenomenal phone customer service and did everything in my power to remember the company and I finally found it. and made an appointment again.The service was great and not a detail was left undone. On top of that, I had to replace a headlight after I picked up my car so that way I could avoid a ticket. upon me bringing this up, RNB told me I was more than welcome to come into the garage and do it rather than standing out in the dark cold.Overall, you wont find any window tint company with the same level of customer service, quality, and care!I intend on telling everyone and anyone about RNB window tint to not only help the business spread but also help keep local businesses alive through these trying times.15 out of 10 stars!

Tint started to peel at the top. He is willing to fix it. But who wants to keep bringing car back wasting time. Response to answer. DID NOT ROLL window down until after five days. The guy put a sticker on my control panel so I wouldn’t roll it down so I didn’t .

Worst customer service ever, they rained my back window defrosters while peeling off the tint. They dont answer the phone and once they do they have bad attitude.I DONT recommend them at all

I made an appointment. I received two text messages confirming my appointment. Including one the morning of and I show up. No one is there. I call and text. No response... Way to do business (I say dripping with sarcasm).

If you have an afternoon to waste while he doesn’t show up for a confirmed appointment give him a shot. If you have a second afternoon to waste when you have to take it back for a warranty repair and he doesn’t show up on time, go ahead and give him a shot.

The gentleman who helped me, and did the labor was absolutely amazing. He gave me options, and was upfront and honest about wait times. He ran a little behind with another client, so he called about an hour before the time he told me my car would be done, said that it would take a little longer. Sincerely apologetic, and absolutely professional about the whole thing!The wait didnt bother me, and the finished product looked amazing on my Impala! I would absolutely recommend RNB to anyone looking to get their windows tinted!Fair pricing, quality work, great people!

Quick and reasonably priced

I had an appointment with RNB tint and the day of my appointment I was contacted and was told my appointment needed to cancelled and rescheduled due to a personal issue. However I was never contacted again to set a official date up. I was also told that I would receive a discount because of the inconvenience however when I tried to book (TWO MONTHS later *never was contacted by them*) they quoted me a Even higher price! I Attempted to figure out with management and they gave me the run around. Don’t go here.

They are the absolute worst! If l could leave a review with no star at all, I would! Twice they scheduled my husband and l for an appointment and both times they did a no call no show on us! The 1st time they called us 25 minutes after our appointment to reschedule us and were not apologetic at all but we rescheduled anyway because we had already paid through Groupon. The 2nd time they never called us back or answered their phone. Finally an hour after our scheduled appointment my husband got through and as soon as he said who he was, they hung up on him!! DO NOT USE THEM!! They must have paid for their good reviews or had family write them!

Busted my regulater on one of my windows, he took it to the window fix it store on Morse Rd, wanted $260 to fix it,He said he was not liable for damages, even though that window was working just fine when I dropped off my car,So I replaced the regulator myself and guess what?The regulator had to have been manipulated to fall off the pulley the cable went around,This just doesnt happen all buy itself,Would never refer this place to anyone ever.

Never answered the phones

Roger and RNB tailored tints is exemplary! Roger is a perfectionist! Although the process may have been lengthy! (only because roger made sure the film was precise on every window)! Roger is an amazing humble man who strives to have outstanding work and to also make your car look amazing! I even noticed a tiny air bubble in my windshield and he replaced it for free! I had Roger tint the windows of my f150, and a sun strip on my wifes Dodge journey. He did a great job, at very reasonable prices. All his cuts were perfect, and he triple measured everything to ensure the correct fit.He even fixed a bubble that had formed on my tint that a different shop installed, and he fixed it for free.Roger showed up on time for my appointment and was very plesent to work with, and I would recommend RNB to anybody who is looking to get their windows tinted.

I’ve brought 2 vehicles here and referred at least 2 other people here, so I figured it’s time to write a review. Needless to say... Roger’s really awesome and great at what he does. Two of the main reasons I came here in the first place was for the lifetime warranty and Groupon deal. It’s hard to find companies that actually back up their work with a lifetime warranty. But I kept coming back because Roger is a good guy which is also hard to find these days, especially in the business world.... You can tell he cares about people and the work he’s doing for them. Best tint quality and pricing, hands down.
