I had a positive experience from start to end. I had a large, very old window that needed replaced and Windows Direct offered the best price. The sales rep (Mike) was never pushy and worked with me on what I needed. The technicians were on time for the installation and left zero mess. I am very pleased with my experience!

I just had new porch windows installed and I LOVE THEM. Mark was easy to work with - straight up with no irritating upsell. He was efficient, easy to contact, and sent out a great team to do the install. They were very detail oriented and I was top-to-bottom pleased with the service and the product.

Windows Direct installed 12 new windows for me last week and theyre great. My old windows had deteriorated badly so its nice to open my drapes in the morning and not see condensation between the panes. And honestly, my dog is not barking as much because the outside noise reduction is significant! My salesman, Mark, was always prompt to return phone calls and answer questions and the installers were very polite and clean. They removed all the stickers from the windows and took their own trash. I think the thing that amazed me most was that I was expecting installation to be an all day experience but they were out of here in under four hours!
