I came here to pick up my car after I got off the phone with an employee. She told me to wait an hour and then come get the vehicle. The hour had passed and I am still sitting here trying to get my vehicle back. They are not very well organized not on time as well. Also no one was working at the time of my arrival, the building is wide open for anyone to walk in and out of at any time. This place is very poorly ran!

With my car breaking down and everyone in there cars yelling at me I was having a pretty bad day. James got there and let me know everything was okay and hooked my car up incredibly fast and got it out of the way. The way he handle the situation made my day a whole lot better and I will definitely be recommending Hound Dog to anyone who needs them. Customer service was 11/10.

They first recognized request for service @ 11:54 and said it would be 60 - 90 minutes. At 2:15 I called again and was told it would be another 35 minutes there was still 1 job ahead of me. They finally arrived @ 4:15. The driver was very polite and professional he was able to get the car safely positioned so it could be towed very quickly 😀.

Had a great experience. No one enjoys having to call a tow... however Hound Dogs was reasonable, I spoke to a person on the line, and they were there at my location in the time they estimated with contact before arrival. They also rent Uhauls if you go to the location. Wear your mask and when you open the door, look to the right and the contract and conditions are plainly listed.

Worked w/ Robert to get my classic Truck moved to another shop. It was easy to setup the tow and they gave me frequent pictures and updates from pickup and drop off. Would recommend!

Despite the bad reviews, I had a decent time. I was expecting the worst considering previous experiences... Its common for tow companies to have bad attitude and take advantage of people (theyre like the bmv except they extort you for hundreds of dollars).Ive been given the run around and charged more than what I was told Id be paying at other places.. BUT.. fortunately these guys told me a price and stuck with it. The price was very reasonable as well. I didnt think twice that it was too much. 156.95 from yesterday evening to 2:30 today. With all the things these places normally charge for I felt this was a fine price.They didnt give me the run around.. too much... They did tell me to show up and then no one was there. So I called again and they sent someone out so I had to wait maybe 20/25 minutes for someone to show up. We went straight inside.The man that showed up was considerate, I wouldnt say kind -- what was there to be kind about? But he definitely didnt give any attitude and he made small talk rather than giving a cold shoulder. He made the rest of the process very easy, very stress free and I was in the door, out the door, to the lot and driving off with my car in maybe 6 or 7 minutes.

I have called multiple times due to people parking in my spot and we are to use them for towing. They Never showed up. When I call they say there are on there way and then I call back the next day and they say well we have one driver that’s why we didn’t send anyone. Any other time they are money hungry to pick up car due to the apartment agreements they have but when you call they don’t show. I guess they have to catch you slipping on there time. It doesn’t make it any better that I had surgery and have to walk further to my door. What’s the purpose of using y’all if your not going to show up.

This company is doing ILLEGAL PREDATORY TOWING!!!! They are contracted by my “apartment complex” and use spotters to tell them as soon as a car is parked in a spot. They have towed a total of 9 cars just from my house. Friends, family anyone that comes to visit gets their car towed. We PARK in the spots in front of our apartment complex. I have an extensive amount of victims that will testify against this PREDATORY towing joke of a company. Northgate apartments and this towing company are most likely making money together towing many many cars a day.

Have me honest options... Fixed my car well-only 4 stars because my compressor (setting?) is too tight and it makes noise but it doesnt seem to affect performance. Very nice people 😊

Nice secure lot... But, Not good for car carriers to make deliveries ... no way to unload on the street or turn around on the property... Back in to avoid backing out into traffic.

Went out to go to work and my car was gone from my private, paid, permitted parking spot. Thank god it was only in the front of the adjacent parking lot. Called the towing company to see if they moved my car to tow another car and said they were towing my car but didnt see the obvious parking pass in the place it was supposed to me and the excuse was it was 5 In the morning you cant expect them to see it. The woman that talked to me on the phone was rude and hung up the phone on me. I would recommend to NEVER use this company. Embarrassing.

I have dealt with Josh a long time and took him to every property that I have managed. For me to be treated like a second rate customer is for the birds! I have recommended HOUND DOGS over and over again to different properties. I asked for a call back from him THE OWNER he is to busy to speak to me?? I asked for a car to be returned due the fact a lady had just gotten home from surgery and they parked her car in the wrong spot and then our maintenance team moved it and they still came and picked it up out of the parking lot!! WOW SHAME ON YOU!! Come and remove your signs and I will never recommend you nor use you again!

I was lawfully towed Friday night and went to get my car on Saturday morning. I called their business at 1213 (they opened at noon) and no one answered the phone. Mind you, when I googled hound dogs their times came up as noon, when I tried to explain this to the GM he told me that was their yelp page and they “had no control over that”.. can someone please explain to this man that a business has complete control over their yelp page and they can adjust the times on it. Super unprofessional and predatory. I basically was charged 80 extra dollars for the drivers of this company being negligent and unable to answer their phones. Furthermore, I came first thing when they opened on Monday morning and the door was locked and NO ONE WAS ON SITE. I had to wait 40 minutes for someone to show up and assist me. I know we all have to make a dollar during these trying times but being negligent in order to make more money is not the way.

I will use their services anytime I need a tow. I called them and within 20 minutes, the tow truck arrived. Nice, quick, professional tow. I love the flat rate fee. $80 anywhere within 270. I definitely recommend.

Allow me to add context: they agreed to tow my new purchase from a salvage yard and when I called at 2pm, they said they would be there in 45 minutes. Which became 3.5 hours, even though I kept calling every 45 minutes for an update. They eventually said they would not be there in time, which almost cost me storage fees for an additional day, plus the Uber cost to the facility both ways. If they had just been honest about whether they could do the job I would not have placed this poor review. I was lucky and a tow truck driver already on site agreed to tow my car in time to avoid automatically charges and inconvenient.

I called for a towing quote, and the lady that answered was very courteous and helpful. The tow truck was at my place in less than an hour to pick up my car. The tow truck driver was extremely nice and took care of everything so that I could quickly continue working from home. I was able to pay with my credit card (previous reviewer said cash only - that is not the case), and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Hound Dogs Towing!

It has been many many years since I have had to tow and so I went to Google and Came across Hound Dogs Towing which from the get go the dispatcher cared about making sure that she could relay our exact location and she geniunly cared about getting someone to us as quick as they could. I was given an hour and half eta if they had a driver available and within 10 mins of being on the side of 270 W the tow truck drive Matt called and said he would be there in 20 mins and he was. My tire rim had rusted through causing the tire to almost completely fall off and he made sure to take his time and try to keep it from getting worse. Once we were on the road my son was getting hungry it was almost 8:00pm and having an hour trip ahead of us Matt voluntarily asked if we would like to stop and get some food at Mcdonalds. We just had a great driver who cared about us. So much so that he was getting ready to clock out for his shift was asked if he would take my tow and he didnt hesitate for the long transport!! It was just a bad situation to be in and they did whatever they could to make it a better situation. The price was very fair with not having AAA I was afraid going as far as I needed to was going to be expensive and it was way better then I thought. If you are need of a tow and want a company who cares more about the client then getting the money I would defiantly recommend Hound Dogs Towing! I have not had any expierences with their other parts of the business but the Towing part I will keep them in mind the next time I need a tow which will hopefully be a long time from now but they will be my first contact!!

Unfortunately I had my car towed in the middle of the night (parked illegally) I always parked there so I didn’t think anything would happen but it did. I called and they answered within the third ring now I was freaking out cause it was 11 pm and I had to be at work at 7 am. Even with me being upset the gentleman on the phone talked to me calmly. He told me the steps I had to take to get my car back and within 45 mins I had my car back. He met me at the shop after hours still being upset I talked to him out of anger and the whole time he remained calm and settled. Even helped me out over the phone. If in any unfortunate event your car gets towed you better hope it’s hound dogs towing who did it cause I had my car back within the hour. Thank you

Horrible.....unprofessional and knowing i was on my way. They had no one available to release the car and didnt even show courtesy or consideration once informed my heart medication was in the car....towed from Bennington Pond with only 24 visitor spots...simply scheming and waiting for the uniformed to park so they can be notified to creep in and tow for a flat fee of $178.00 plus fees...I cant believe this is allowed. No warning or anything.

They towed my car on Thursday and I went on Friday . They charged me for 2days but it wasn’t 48 hrs yet and they said they could not do anything, their system said it was 2 days. They are good at towing people’s cars but they can’t do simple mathematics which means the computer is smarter than them . Moreover they are rude, all they know is driving around chasing people cars in complex at night like dog hungry. Bad company don’t recommend👎.

Had a car towed to get it fixed forgot my vapor in the car called the tow company ask them to get ahold of driver they never called me back so please don’t use this company to tow your car and if you do make sure you take all your stuff out cause you won’t get it back I’ve been waiting for a call back and still have not got one and it’s been almost 2 hours Worst company ever I have Dealt with I give them 0 stars and will never deal with them again won’t let you post unless you give them at least 1 star but I still say 0 stars

Hound Dogs towed my car (dead battery, alternator issues, and a couple other problems) to their shop last night, and diagnosed the problems today. They called me promptly this morning and advised me of what the issues were, and gave me several options along with pricing... The mechanic was very knowledgeable and honest..never once tried to pressure me into services that werent necessary. I had my car back in less than 24hrs. and it is running like a champ! You cant beat their prices or their customer service... I will never take my vehicle anywhere else...highly recommended!

On my way home, the tow truck was on 270 W near the Tuttle exit was driving in between two lanes on the freeway. They did this multiple times and could have hurt someone. I didn’t get the car # or plates because I was trying to avoid getting killed by their driving. I honked my horn to let them know they were swerving in case they were unaware but that didn’t work. As I passed the truck, the driver was DEFINITELY texting and driving. I called the owners shop using Siri, like a responsible adult, and reported this incident to the person that answered the phone. I don’t know what happens when reports like this are made since the man that took the report seemed nonchalant about it with his tone, but I just wanted to inform everyone to be safe around these trucks.

Illegally towed my car in a place that did not have a fire zone sign. But at the same time people were parked literally by a fire zone sign and they did not get towed! It’s not right and it will be going to court.

We pay for parking. So I had to park in someone else’s spot. In which they can even have me towed for parking there. Called to have a car towed well over an hr ago and they haven’t even showed up.

After illegally towing my daughters car, Lana was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She was combative, and yelled through the phone in a tirade of trashy vitriol that I would expect to hear in a documentary about womens prison, which is probably where she learned it. Stay away from these people. Im filing a police report in addition to leaving reviews on every outlet where they have a presence.

My son had his car towed during an ice storm while he was moving in ....tow truck driver stated he wasnt parked in a spot for longer than ten mins so he had a right to tow the vehicle ....when asked what was a reasonable time to take to carry furniture boxes etc up 3 flights of stairs during a ice storm he stated he couldnt tell me ....this tow company is horrible preying on victims ...this is ridiculous and unethical to say the least I will be contacting the rental office about there shotty business practices with a company they have a contract with

They towed my car from a parking lot. The sign in the parking lot said that it was a $90 tow fee and $12 a day that it was in their lot. It has been there for 2 days and they are trying to charge me $241 to get it back. They are scandalous. They charge what they want to because they can get away with it.
