The tower chris was very professional and communicated with me every step of the way from pickup to delivery. He advised me of what could be the issue with my vehicle & treated my car with complete care from the point of pick up to drop off. His customer service was AMAZING & IF I can give this guy a 20 star I would! Great job Cole for picking a amazing rep!!!

Car broke down on post, the first towing company took 2 hours, did not have base access, nor attempted to meet at front of the gate. Nick was able to get on base and tow us in less than 15 minutes. Thank you Nick and Columbus Towing and Recovery.

My vehicle didnt come back, so I called who I thought would tow for the city, so naturally, I called Columbus Towing and Recovery. They were great in helping determining that the vehicle was not there. Great customer service 🐕‍🦺. Good people.

This company was sent from insurance company with my Roadside Assistance account. They called to verify my location and information and quoted a time to get to me. The tow truck driver called when he was on the way and then once more less than a minute from arriving. He has very professional and friendly. Was very happy with this company considering the bad experience of having a broken car.

Ive never had the pleasure of needing them to tow a car for me but I had interaction with one of their truck drivers yesterday and very courteous with providing me with the information I needed. Its also nice that theyve taken an empty location that was a blight on the community and turned it into a productive business again.

RUDE, unprofessional staff, and extremely overpriced. If could put zero stars that would not be low enough. Use another service.Definately do not let your teenage daughter near their drivers/lot attendant. Read all the reviews about how poor their customer service is.

Please take your business elsewhere. Theyll try to lie and say your cars not made it there yet and try to get you to comeback another day so they Can add more money to the bill. Luckily I clearly saw my truck parked way in the back. Then they jack uo the rate because the driver didnt want to get his truck dirty so he used his wench to move my truck all of 9 feet and charged an extra 100 to do it.

The staff was informative and helpful with allowing us to get our personal items from the car after the wreck. Make sure you have your tow tag from the police first before going to the location.

A CTR tow driver got out of his car walked I p to my door and tried to fight me for changing lanes Infront of him. When I drove off he continued to try and run me off the road! Please fire who was in tow number 420 on this date. You cant have your employee breaking the law on the job.

This place is HORRIBLE ! Very very very bad customer service. The employees have attitudes with everyone they interact with, I called to ask about my vehicle that was towed to this location and was given an answer on what time I could pick it up . Called while almost there a lady answered the phone telling me that whoever I talked to about the situation lied to me and that Id need to come in the next morning . Went in the next morning half the employees were standing on the porch talking. Making it hard to get in the front door. When filling out paper work to have my vehicle released lady was giving me dirty looks Will NEVER RECOMMEND this place to ANYONE ! Horrible SERVICE!
