These guys are great!! We called for a septic system inspection for a home we are buying (that we have been renting for more than 10 years) because we didnt know where the septic was or what it consisted of. They got us on the schedule very fast and were extremely helpful at answering all the questions we had. They even came out the day following the heaviest snow fall of the year!! Jeremy and the A&B team did a great job replacing my 30 year old septic tanks. It was a major job. The scheduling and installation was flawless.We came across a minor surprise (due to my fault) that caused a bit more work for them. They did not charge me extra although by rights they should have. I appreciate this spirit of cooperation.They are experienced professionals, well known by the County Health Department as doing excellent work, and worth every penny.

Called to get quotes for leak and cleaning for my business. Very unfriendly, unprofessional and did not want to even consider my business, even though it would be a big paying job. I would not recommend this company to a business.

We contacted a few services to take a look at our septic system and to have it emptied. A&B said their tech, Kenny, would probably be able to take a look and answer our questions while he was emptying the tank.This differed from other companies whose initial response was to schedule two appointments as their techs only emptied. Anyway, Kenny was great. He answered our questions and gave us additional information and future maintenance advice for our very old system. Thank you!

A & B Sanitation is a first class company. They came to our rescue on little notice, and totally re-arranged their schedule to help us out. Very nice guys running the pump truck. Prices are reasonable and quoted upfront. We wont use anyone else.

I had A&B come out and replace the pump at my lift station (we have evapo-mounds). A few weeks later, the pump wasnt working. They come back and identify that the pump isnt receiving electric. He guesstimated a price of $7k to run electric from my house to my lift station, but said that he would have his boss come out to give a better quote. They never got back to me so I had extension cords running through my yard for several months. I shopped around and found a respectable company that did it for FAR less. In addition, the contractor I hired found several errors in their installation of the lift station pump.

I would highly recommend this company I had the pleasure of having a handsome young man named SHAWN Curtis service my septic systems I have never owned a septic system before he took time to walk through the whole system with me and gave me a very broad knowledge of the type of system that I had I was very impressed with how professional and respectful this young man was I also feel that this young man deserves a raise I am not sure what he is being paid but I’m sure it is not enough this young man hung upside down in side my septic tank laying on the wet ground pulling the roots out of my Septic system and all he asked for after he was finished his if he could please have some soap and a place to wash his hands and arms Off so once again I am highly satisfied with the services I received from this handsome gorgeous young man I will be a customer for life Or as long as that young man works there

Scheduled them to pump my septic tank they never showed or called till two days later when I had somebody else already take care of the problem they didn’t bother calling to tell me they were coming to days later they just showed up and demanded payment

I cant say enough about this company and the technician Shawn who came out to empty my septic tank. I just purchased my first home and the main sewer pipe was backing up and flooded my newly remodeled basement. We discovered the septic was full and called these guys to come out. After the tank was emptied, water still wasnt flowing into the tank. Shawn the technician went above and beyond what he was called out there for and was able to free up the pipe by removing some roots. I cant thank him enough. I would highly recommend this company to anybody who needs any kind of septic service. I certainly will be using them again.

I had this company out today and it was unbelievably hot. The employee was extremely polite and in spite of the heat made sure that everything was done properly. Everything and more that I expect from anyone working for me. My problem was the likely result of the last company not doing the job right in the first place. A true professional operation.

Great group of people,honest and fair.

Today I was driving like any other normal day down the freeway on I 270 I was getting off on the 161 exit and I was falling A and B sanitation‘s big truck I was getting aggravated because the truck was going so slow but it was also raining we were doing about 45 miles an hour around the offramp to 161 heading towards New Albany and the ANB Sanitation truck from what I’m guessing hydroplanes it was one of the most scariest things I’ve witnessed the big truck kicked out to the right hard the truck turn sideways on the ramp I do not know how the driver did it but he save the truck from crashing he was completely sideways two of his rear tires were off the ground by at least 6 inchesSomehow he still had enough control of the truck to keep from hitting other cars and the median he came a foot from hitting the median with his front end of his truck still somehow gain control of the truck and straighten back out to get the truck back to where it needed to be without missing a beat it all happened within a blink of an eye I really thought that truck was going to crash and that driver has some serious skills and some nuts of steel he was able to completely control the situation without hitting one damn thing I am seriously surprised most drivers would have crashed in that instance I have seen a lot of truck accidents this one was great to see that it is not happening after the driver was able to regain control he drove maybe a half mile down the road pulled off the road got out check the truck I course stop and talk to the driver his name is Shawn Curtis I had to tell him that was one of the most impressive saves I have ever seen one hell of a job I just want to say to anybody if A guy like that can save a big truck from rolling over and still maintain composure and still be professional making sure that everyone was fine and nobody Else was affected or anything my hat is off to him and I would recommend anybody who uses this company to specifically asked for this man because if you can save a truck from crashing I’m sure he can handle any job pumping septic’s

Had a septic tank problem. The tank backed up all the time. These guy found the problem (broken pipe) and fixed it in the middle of the winter. Now I can flush and smile.Thanks for the good work.
