I have used Ken for all my photo real estate marketing needs. He is quick to respond to a booking request. He works around the clients needs and his pictures are terrific. Pricing is good. My favorite service is using his VR Matterport tour which display all the layout of the rooms in the house along with amazing walk through of each level of the house. Helps sell the house faster. Ive been looking for a house since Sept 2019. Ken Owens does a fabulous job with his photos and 3D images. He knows what attracts buyers and the home shows like a dream where you can easily image it to be your very own! I know this first hand! I found a house online that I fell in love with. It showed beautifully and I was able to get a true vision of the layout, room detail and property without having to scroll thru irrelevant photos. I had no intention of buying until spring of 2020. Previously, I saw his work on other homes, but I didnt realize the house I found was photographed by Ken until I was well into negotiations.
