Listing said move in ready freshly painted and ready to go . On the MLS they listed it as having no previous floods or water issues but said 9/9/2020 when they had a huge storm a small amount got into the home . The house was overly fragrant which we thought was odd and plug ins were in every room . It wasn’t till inspection day we smelled the mold in the home and the hidden Damp Rid containers all over . The house was a moldy nightmare under that fresh paint . So deceiving and now we are out the inspection costs when the home should have been listed AS iS instead of FHA ready to move in .

Homes that click did a great job advertising and selling our home quickly. It was in contract within a week and significantly higher than our asking price. The pictures taken were excellent as was the advertisement.

Jerry and Micah were very responsive! I was able to see listings within hours of requesting a walk through. They were knowledgeable of the current market and helped write competitive offers.

My experience was not positive at all. Homes That Click gave a slick sales pitch, then proceeded to generate a whopping 5 showings in 6 months in one of the hottest ever real estate markets. I got no offers, but one sort of offer that was an insulting $60K below asking price. It became clear to me, but not soon enough, that the agents were trying to work both sides of the deal. Ive never been involved in a real estate transaction where the name on the sign in my yard was someone other than the agent representing me. But thats what they will do, to try to capture both sides of the deal. Let that sink in....the name on the sign in your yard is someone who will actually be working against you during the transaction, trying to get the lowest price for their buyer and thus taking money out of your pocket! And you are paying his commission to do that! As this train wreck rambled on, the only real strategy that was offered was to keep lowering the price. I was even told that I paid too much for the house and was not being realistic in what I was asking. It took a little bit for the light to go on for me, but face it, 1% is not that attractive of a commission. The possibility of getting 3% from the buyers side, and 4% total, seemed to be much more motivating to the agency that was supposed to be representing me. And what does a buyer want? To buy the house for the lowest price possible, of course. And I was asked to believe that a husband and wife, each representing different parties to a possible transaction, never spoke to each other offline about their clients positions. Alrighty then.When I raised objections that this arrangement felt like a conflict of interest, I was given the run-around and more smooth talk...We dont do dual agency, youre house is overpriced, blah blah blah. Bottom line, I wasted well over a year on my future housing plans by working with the Harrs. I would caution anyone to at least consider the inverse incentives that are present in working with these agents that, by the nature of their commission structure (1% vs 3%), are potentially more motivated to work for the buyer than for the party that is paying their bills. If you wish to proceed with them, at least get a clear understanding of whos working for whom, if they consider their arrangement to be dual agency, what the name on the sign means, etc. Selling a home is stressful enough, make sure that your agent isnt adding to it by working against you. Its a mistake I wont be repeating!

Deb Harr is not one of the best real estate agents I know. Deb Harr is one of the best PROFESSIONALS OF ANY OCCUPATION I know.I do not have the ability to express in words how valuable and important she was in our home selling purchase. Deb and Jerry came into our home with a plan and realistic advise that we used to get our home ready for sale. When they returned a few weeks later for a final visit prior to listing our home they saw potential we didnt and suggested a price we didnt think was possible. How surprised we were when we got an offer 2 days later over list.From there Deb was always available to answer the million questions we did ask and the many many more we didnt think to ask. I called and texted and emailed at various times of the day and always got a response. She explained everything to us thoroughly and was patient when she didnt have to be.And then came the buyer/buyers agent from hell. As i would tell people what they were doing and requesting people wouldnt believe me. They were some of the most difficult people i have ever had to deal with in my life; and i worked with state governments for 9 years! While i was chewing off my fingernails worrying about the deal, Deb stayed calm and assured us she had it all taken care of. And she was right. I dont know how she remained calm and focused and got it done, but she did.She went so above and beyond at our closing she had to risk her OWN commission to appease these unreasonable people. Oh yeah, i forgot to mention the commission. She can list at much LOWER than man of the competing agents but gives you MORE service. I am not exaggerating when i say we got 3 times the service from Deb at 1/3rd the price than we did from our previous agent.I will be telling every person i know who is looking to make a real estate purchase to call Deb and Jerry and get amazing service at an excellent price!!!

Had planned to interview several realtors then pick one to list my condo with. Homes That Click were first. Deb and Jerry blew me away with their presentation and brought me up to speed on how homes are marketed and sold today. I didnt bother interviewing any other realtors. It was listed and was in contract the next day and closed a few weeks later. Had issues with a non-responsive condo mgmt co. on addressing the buyers inspection report concerns. When no response was forthcoming Deb Harr used her expertise and experience (pit bull comes to mind) to light a fire under them. She also kept the buyers realtor up to date and yet not scare them from this particular condo assoc. It took pressure off me and greatly reduced my stress. They take great photos for the internet and a perfectly worded description too. This was important as i wouldnt waste my time looking at homes that dont any appeal. No awful dark photos from this duo! I would use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them. Oh, and the reduced listing fee is just the icing on top.
