My wife acquired an old piano (about 50 years old) when we bought our first house that belonged to her grandma. It hadn’t been played or tuned in years and the move didn’t help with the condition it was already in. Joe stopped by to look at everything and recommended the repairs and tunings needed to get it back up to par. He was extremely knowledgeable as he has been tuning pianos for several years, including some time spent tuning at Carnegie Hall.
