Classy nails was awesome! The prices are great. The shop is so clean and incredibly inviting. The staff INCREDIBLE! They were just so personable and they made you feel so welcome! Got a full set done, the gentleman who did it my full set was great, light handed and smooth. The young lady who did my pedicure and my eyebrow wax as well was she was so nice and did an Amazing job. Will definitely be a returning customer!

We came here because of a gift certificate we received. We walked in and we’re seated immediately. They took amazing care of us! Hieu did a fantastic job and I didn’t have to pick all the excess stuff from my cuticles! 😍 Very relaxing atmosphere.

I’ve been going here for years on and off and the prices went up but the quality went down. I went to Tom and paid $80 for my nails to break in 3days. I understand things happen but this is ridiculous being that this is the 3rd set of nails I got from them within the past month and a half and EVERY TIME my nails break a couple days later. I normally go straight back to get a nail repair but I’m not giving these people another dime of my money.

Love going here. Ms. Kathy always does an exceptional job. Shes always pleasant and kind. I would rather wait for her to get done with another client if she is not available immediately.. thats how much I enjoy going to her. And the rest of the staff is always kind also. I have recommended this place and will continue to.

The nail techs here do beautiful work! Its my favorite spa in the Columbus area. I recommend asking for an acetone soak when getting acrylic nails removed.

Ladies and gentlemen..I was in need of finding a new place to get my nails done, the other place I was going to was just not cutting it for me. I did my research and people recommended classy nails and spa. So I decided to give it a shot. The 1st time I went I got Jasmine. She was/is amazing ! Ask for her she will not disappoint! The place itself is nice very professional I haven’t had any issues whatsoever!

I have been going to this establishment for two years now. My kids got me the spa massage package for Mothers Day and it was such a relaxing experience I kept going back. The main thing I loved about this place I never had to wait long and if I got a pedi they would begin preparing my full set on my nails. I went here two days ago first picture is what I asked for. The nails were put on crocked but I know some techs can fix that when filing. Than it was so many coats of paint. He had only one coat of the glitter and it just didnt look right. So he put on more. By the time he was done I was so upset and had to go to work. I hate complaining but after everyone seeing my nails they suggested I call up there. After speaking to the owner I got a simple answer come back tomorrow and he can grind it down. As a business owner myself my customer service skills are everything. These nails need completely redone now just grinded down. I mean there was no empathy Im sorry, Ill do everything to make this right. It was more like she had an attitude I was even complaining. There are times as a business owner that you have to issue refund, or give a discount, or show some sort of empathy. This is how you keep lasting customers. I did advise her I dont know if I can come back. So no I am not going back cause I dont have the time so I am soaking theme off and finding another place that will value my business with them.

I absolutely love this place! Helen is the owner she always does my nails. Seima does my pedicures, she always does a fantastic job! The staff is awesome! Pia can do some awesome designs on your nails and Alex runs the front!! It’s great place! ♥️

The plastic glass for my Moscato was small for $4, but my toes were pretty and they moved rather quickly

The lady that waxed my eyebrows completely snatched the hair off on the top part of my eyebrows on the left side. Terrible job. Very unsatisfied

As I walked in the door, I received attitude from the guy in the front desk, he said his name was John. I have been going to this salon for over 5 years now and NEVER had a problem until this rude, lazy, guy started working here. He was so busy on his cell phone when I approached him and said I would like to have a pedicure. He then told me to choose a color and so I did. I waited in front of him for a while, and it’s like I was a ghost to him and I said, sir where should I sit? He then told me the chair number and then had the nerve to say to my face “patience is a virtue”. Many of my friends and family come here and always have a complaint against this guy. I would not do business here again until he’s no longer working there.

Helen ALWAYS does an amazing job on nails,brows, and lashes...Selena (and the others as well) does amazing pedicures, and Alex gives a KILLER facial. I have always had A+ service here...and even better after 6 when you can get wine 🙃. I will always come back to Classy Nails, as no other shop holds a candle to them.

My toes were perfect and I do thank you for the service on the toes. But the amount charged was a bit over pricey. I understand your salon is on the east side but I have been going to classy for about a year now and you guys have never charged me an arm and a leg for toes. It has nothing to do with the location, plenty of other salons do it for $40. All I got was my toes painted with gel and it shouldn’t have been that much. It’s literally just the pricing in this situation.

I used to come here all the time before the pandemic & Ive never had an issue. Theyve always been great. I went in about a week ago for a set of dipped nails & was ok with the job done. It wasnt perfect (I got French tips), but it was wearable. Not even a full 3 days later, the dip started to crack on several nails. I have NEVER had that happen before. Ive lost about 4 of my natural nails due to this. I just decided to cut them all down & start again...elsewhere, especially considering the price. I hate to say it, but I wont be returning back ever again. This place used to be so great. I dont know what happened!

I walked in and the guy looked liked I bothered him by coming in. He told me to pick a color and I had to find the polish rack myself. I went back to the front counter and he told me to go to chair 4. Chair 4 was filthy. Other establishments are doing a far better job and being as sanitary as possible during this pandemic. And as a business, your customer should feel welcome. I did not I put the polish back and left.

Came in and received a basic spa pedi which online it says it was 28 dollars, got gel polish which I expected to pay a little more for. Not the issue. I get to the register and my total is $62.00...? Come on, that’s highway ROBBERY. Nothing, and I mean NOTHING was spectacular about the pedi, because I was getting a BASIC pedi. And when I asked the young lady at the front what am I paying 62 bucks for?....she says, “I don’t know, she just wrote 62.” And goes on to say “Prices JUST went up today.” Never ever again!

I went here yesterday and this was one of my best experiences at any nail salon! The guy who did my nails was awesome and very friendly; he was quick but nails still came out perfect.. the best I’ve had in a long time. The pedicure was the best too! I will definitely be returning and recommending to all my friends.

Before visiting here I thought the best pedicure I’ve ever had was in Boston. However, after experiencing the rose petal pedicure offered here with a hot stone massage, I may have to re-evaluate!! There wasn’t any wait and I was greeted upon walking in. She took her time with my gel pedicure and even went an extra mile to show my feet the TLC they needed.

Love going here with my wife! I always thought of a pedicure as a girl thing. But the massage chair they put you in will put you to sleep! The staff is always friendly and the service is top notch! Totally recommend this to anyone who stays on thier feet for the job. Your feet and body will thank you for it! Stress relief to the fullest.

I’ve been going here for about a year now. I see Helen if I’m getting a full set & Seima if I’m getting dip on my natural nails. They both do very good work & im always satisfied. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff & great work. Definitely recommend.

I decided to try out this establishment because of their advertisement. When I arrived I was told they would not honor the coupon they offered. This I believe is false advertisement. Its bad business behavior to decide not to honor a coupon that you paid to have published. If your prices needed to be changed you should honor the coupons until they expire. I decided not to use this establishment and will spread the news to others. Professionalism goes a long way.

I’ve been going for a little over 2 yrs. my old nail tech moved away but if you go ask for Meena.. she does AMAZING!!! These were my wedding nails and I can’t express how good of an excellent job she does. They also serve wine and have some of the best massage chairs!

I have gone to this place for a while and I went tonight and have had the worst experience ever getting my nails. My nails were not all the same length and they told me that all my nails shouldn’t be the same length. Then he doesn’t know what a nail apex is. If you don’t know nail terminology then don’t do nails. They told we I would have to get my nails done over completely and have to pay for it to be done again. I am very disappointed and there was no professionalism.

I got gel nails on a Saturday. I was already mildly unimpressed because I splurged for a package and the girl who did my nails had an earbud in and was talking to someone the entire time I was there on the phone.I had chipping on five different nails by Wednesday. I went in today, Wednesday, because they offer a 7-day fix. They told me to come back a different day when the girl that messed up my nails to begin with could be there to fix it. They told me I would have to pay if I wanted it fixed today.Bad customer service, even though the nail salon was very clean and nice inside. This was a good way to lose my business.

Weve always used classy nails and never had any issues until tonight. We waited 50 minutes until someone came to do our pedicures. We were never told they were backed up and it would be a little while before they got to us. Some people did not have on mask due to the air not running (staff member told us it was broken) some people were not wearing gloves and nobody came to check on us to see if we would like another drink or more warm water. A family was seated after us and were waited on them before us. We were told it was because they would be done faster than us which was untrue we finished ours first. When we tried to speak with the owner she acted as though she did not care. She left the salon with all the employees still working and didnt even acknowledge what happened.

The lady was really unprofessional and rude. She did a half job it was not worth $38, it was also really hot in there as well. She also cut the skin on my toe really bad and it was stinging.

I stopped coming here a long time ago because I was very unsatisfied every time. My friend asked me to come with her today and they did a HORRIBLE job once again on my nails. They are all shaped differently and I asked for gel polish and they gave me regular polish. The people that work there are really nice just need more experience.

My first time here, and I will never go back! I was charged because I wasnt given a price menu until I was seated in the chair. They placed water into the tub so I had to pay for the plastic used! I decided not to get a pedicure because they price gouged! They increased all prices to reflect the same protective barriers that should have been in place before covid! Then the young man told me that they will still receive business rather I had services done or not. Thats cool, but you just lost a new customer! After looking at the other reviews it seems as if they are just money hungry!

Ny nails look great. But....Customer service was terrible. The man working the front counter was beyond rude. According to their displayed prices, i was over charged by $30 for a fill in and basic pedicure. Which totalled out to be $96. Will not return unless Ms. Helen is providing the service.

Their customer service is excellent, they’re clean, and nice but I’m not sure if it’s certain nail techs or all but the man who did my nails did horrible, after he’d finished my nails and they dried I could see how bulky and half done they were, nails weren’t fully covered and nails were very uneven! I showed him and he didn’t see a problem but insisted on fixing them and they were still horrible so after that I just charged it to the game and agreed not to go there anymore!

I went in to get my eye lashes done, my eyelashes look horrible. Let me just go ahead and make that clear. I asked for long she gave me short she told me to close my eyes the whole time. She put nothing to protect my bottom lashes then when she finished witch it only took her maybe 10 min she told me to open my eyes, my eyes were stuck together from all the glue !!! So she started pulling them apart. So once they opened they kept getting glued back shut from how messy she put the lashes on so I asked if she could get all the extra glue off the bottom lashes and she told me no let them dry then pull it off. Wow. Wow. Wow. So unprofessional

So your asked to give a phone number and they will call you. Then you go in and without warning, they say I need $5..For what you ask?..yeah a mask and gloves...Gloves? Im here to get my nails done...Mask? Im here for a facial.. pure greed..I have my own mask and gloves. Why make you pay for more? They need to post their stipulations on the door before hand. Needless to say, they didnt get my $150 today!

This is the best nail salon in Columbus. They are very clean and friendly and a very relaxing atmosphere. You can enjoy a nice glass of wine or a cold beer while you relax and enjoy a massage in their deluxe pedicure chairs. They offer many services as great prices.

I love this place. This is the best nail shop in Columbus. The nail polish on your hands and feet will last a good 3 to 4 months. Plus they serve alcoholic after 5pm. I love to drink.

I usually go to fancy nails cause that’s all I’ve ever been to but decided to try this place this time and they were great! Way better than fancy nails. There are plenty of workers so you don’t have to fight for a seat or wait in line and they actually take their time with their work unlike fancy nails.

I’m not sure of my technicians name but she was older and didn’t speak very much English at all but was wonderful. Very sweet and professional and efficient. Everything was done perfectly, no detail was skipped, and my toes look beautiful. Other customers seemed to be enjoying themselves, laughing and conversating with their technicians. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Mimi just gave me life with a 1 hour massage. It’s probably one of the best ones in the city. I would have liked the oil to be warm before applying. She used multiple massage techniques which help with the stress/tension. Her hands does magic, I’m satisfied....

This is my third time getting my nails and toes done here. I have been more than happy with the services, the employees and how clean the salon is.

Absolutely horrible service. They had no set up for door massages and the employees did not even want to work on me. Very rude and my massage I felt as though they barely wanted to touch me. I did not deserve to me treated that way. We will not be going back.

This place I would not recommend. My heels were dry before leaving and I showed the manager and proceeded to explain that it was the lotion. Last I checked lotion doesnt make your skin dry. She didnt offer anything to correct and was happy with a customer leaving just as they were. Also a day after the nail polish started to crack on my nails. Not sure why but these two things have never happen from any other nail salon. My advice, just dont go to this salon.

Terrible service. I got the gel nails and picked out the color. The color on my nails did not match the color on the display. I told that to the nail tech and she kept going painting my nails and ignored me. When I explained this to the people at the register, they asked the tech and she lied and said she asked me was it ok. She barely spoke to me the entire time and relied on hand signals and touching to signal me to move my feet in and out of the water or my hands to move. Customer service is lacking terribly. She did do a good job on my hands and feet but not seeing the color was not right and ignoring me when I said something is not okay. Then lying about it really puts the icing on the cake for a terrible experience. I rather spend the extra money and go to Posh nails at least I’m getting a good experience.

My daughter and I come here to get our toes done. They have small kid chairs that are perfect for her. The prices are good, the staff is very friendly and efficient. The only thing I would change is the dirty fish tank... not sure what that is all about. 🤔

They are a bit pricey and the nail tech kept trying to suggest different things to make us pay more. Every time we chose something she found a reason why we had to get something more expensive. The ending result was just okay. Ive paid less at other places and had better results.

Awful service . My friend got her nails done there today and the lady didnt even listen to what she asked for . She even charged her extra for longer nails, even tho she asked for shorter she paid 70$ and now has to go get them redone by someone else. Dont waste your time with this nail salon

Went in for a pedi for the first time they only ran water for me there was nothing put in the water just plain water she had a very small scrubber for the feet which did nothing at all for softness and getting off the dead skin so I paid $60 basically for the polish 🤷🤦🤯😳

Beautiful place but miss the massaging foot soaks. There was also an altercation between the owner and one of the nail techs over customers when there were several customers waiting (I nor my daughter requested anyone). Neither party handled it professionally-they were shouting at each other. Thank God my daughter had her earbuds in or she would have had a meltdown.

My go to nail tech here is Meena! I have followed her across a couple shops this past year because she does such amazing work! The atmosphere here is really relaxing and you definitely get great work for the price you pay. I will never go anywhere else.

8/10 recommendation. There’s a lady named Pia that works there and she’s amazing when it comes to pedicures.
