Awful from start to, well it isnt finished yet. They came two days late with out warning mowed the front, left and didnt come back. They mowed pasted the fence line into the neighbors lawn on both side and didnt clean up the side walks or drive way. The app seems easy to use, and it is. You can set up an apportionment for any day any time in like 5 minutes. The issue is, your lawn will not get mowed on that day and they might just not do half of the job and ghost you. The customer support just apologizes and says we are reaching out to the contractor over and over with no success.

I really cant say enough about the promptness and quality of work by Plowz & Mowz. I was absolutely snowed in and desperate and, from past experience, was hesitant to Google some help. But I did. Two hours after I placed the order I received an email...Job Completed!. What!? I opened the garage door, expecting to be a little disappointed, and saw my driveway again! A perfect job! I was gobsmacked! Ill be back. --Dennis

Scheduled the plow 36 hours before the storm Bc I knew I wouldn’t be able to shovel due to an injured hand. Small driveway that would be a 15 minute job max. No ETA was ever given. I contacted and asked for updates and was told they couldn’t give them due to being delayed. I scheduled the plow for AM and by 8:45 tonight still have yet to have my driveway plowed. I will definitely not be using again and asking for a refund as nothing was done and yet $95 was charged. This has caused me nothing but endless frustration and anxiety as now it’s too late to contact another service and I’m worried about getting out for work tomorrow.

I think this is a fantastic idea, so essentially you use their app (I was desperate for a plower so I did it even though I sort of groaned through it), but the app is very useful because you can piece mail your service such as shovel driveway plus path to front or path to side etc etc. You give dimensions and info on your needs and they quote you right there and match you with contractor and you pick the time and someone shows up and it comes from your credit card no contact and super simple. For folks who aren’t tech savvy or want the world with the click of a button or otherwise I’m sure they’ll find something to be unhappy about. Needless to say my experience was fluid.

Phone number doesnt get you to a representative, so dont even bother calling it. Incredibly slow response time from chat service. The service I paid for was not done correctly and now Im scrambling to have it done right before movers come. Absolutely garbage app. Im insanely disappointed and would NEVER recommend this service.

Set up an appointment for service two days prior and never showed up. Took money out of my account for no service. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!

Still waiting on my service to be done they said it would be done today and I placed my service at 9 am. I’m pregnant and can’t shovel the snow and now I’m snowed in. No one even got back to me I could have gotten someone else

Ordered a mow and a yard clean up for some debris leftover after the winter. When the day came it was nonstop rain. Customer service reached out to let me know the partner needed to reschedule so they wouldn’t cause damage. I was really glad to know they were thinking about how the yard would turn out. The provider came two days later when the lawn dried out and did a great job. Looks great!
