Suzanne was amazing. She is very professional, friendly and very thorough. My house looks brand new. I can honestly say my house needed a deep cleaning and she cover every inch of the house. I would highly recommend her. I will definitely be using her more frequently.

Consumers, there are so many great businesses in Columbus that offer stellar cleaning services, choose wisely.MY ORIGINAL REVIEW:The cleaning was extremely sloppy, hurried, and some areas not cleaned at all. I pointed out numerous uncleaned areas right after and was given RIDICULOUS excuses by the owner, Susanne Monroe, who actually acknowledged the poor cleaning job! She used the excuse of having another commitment and I was told to take inventory of what she and her employee had not cleaned and notify her the following day...which was a red flag to me already. When I contacted Ms. Monroe the very next day (per her advisement) with the list of uncleaned areas she was EXTREMELY DEFENSIVE, VERY AGGRESSIVE, DISRESPECFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL AND JUST DOWNRIGHT RUDE! Not sure what her issues are or were, but PEOPLE please be intentional and spend your hard earned dollars to support businesses that place value on customer service and satisfaction.RESPONSE FROM SUSANNE MONROE, OWNER:Thank you for your feedback even though after 13 days since you received a FULL refund by me of 250$ on August 17th.2021 via my Bank statement. Unfortunately, often, black mold in between tile grout sometimes can’t be cleaned out at all. As my former cleaning helper admitted she forgot to dust a side table, and we were refused by YOU to fix whatever you didn’t like, I still apologize kindly that I was always respectful.MY RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: Lets be clear, I stopped payment on the check after your disrespectful and unprofessional rant. So, you are flat out lying regarding offering any refund! I would be more than happy to post a screenshot of the stop payment transaction. Furthermore, the new cleaning company that I hired was able to get the shower squeaky clean and that small spot of mold is GONE because it was not in the grout just like I said. Lastly, refer back to the pics that I texted you as it was much more than just a side table undusted...the base boards, sewing table, shower, door casings, kitchen floor never mopped, 1BA floor never mopped...should I continue? Who would allow you to come back into their home after the horrible way you behaved? Do better.

I like having Suzanne to clean my home. She is punctual, dependable, and thorough. She picks up items and polishes underneath. She sweeps and cleans under my dining room table, chairs, sofa, & beds. She goes beyond just “swiffering” which I can do myself but actually cleans my home. I would recommend her for your cleaning needs and she is affordable.

I wish that I could give 5 additional stars for the service that Ms. Monroe provided. She was early, and went to work immediately...leaving a gleam to everything she touched. I have used other larger companies but none have or will compare to the service rendered by this cleaning guru!!!

Susanne’s service is better than anything we could have hoped for. Incredibly reliable, prompt, and trustworthy. Upon arriving for a quote, one of the first things she did was present proof that she was licensed, bonded, and insured. Her cleaning is amazing, but the real value for me is the trust and peace of mind. Absolutely recommend.

Suzanne was incredible. She cleaned our house to get ready for the sale, my only wish was finding her sooner. We bought our house directly from the builders when it was completed so it was spotless when we moved in and when she was done cleaning it looked exactly the same. She was so thorough she moved out the fridge and cleaned the oven and stove, literally every inch of the house. She took her time and put so much care into the cleaning, she really wanted to make sure the new buyer for our house was happy and she disinfected everything.

This woman is STELLAR!I needed a deep clean for my home on Fort Benning due to me moving out soon and she went above and beyond what a whole team in itself could accomplish!I am really happy with the result and quality of cleaning she gave my home. She was very responsive upon me leaving her a voicemail to schedule an appointment. She followed up every couple of days to ensure we are still on for the day scheduled. Just by luck I happened to run across this woman and her daughter in one of those desperate times which consisted of family coming to my boyfriends house last minute and my boyfriend brings a whole new meaning to BACHELOR but thankfully this wonderful Mother and daughter team showed up at last minute and made my boyfriends kitchen unrecognizable, it was emaculate after they were finished and a job that would have taken 5 people to complete in 4 hrs only took them an hour..i would definitely highly recommend them any day of the week..very friendly and polite as well..Crystal.G
