This is where I got my start in athletics! They teach good sportsmanship, teamwork, and self-discipline. The entire staff and fun and provide an encouraging environment to grow and learn new skills!

My daughter loves Rock Solid. Shes more into the tumbling than cheerleading. The coaches are coaches. Ive seen some coaches where everyone gets a trophy. This is competition. They are helpful and my daughter loves being challenged with new skill sets. The owner is incredible, she treats you like family.

Clean, doing great covid precautions, great coaches, and the best program at an affordable price.

Everything about this gym is 5 star worthy from the owners, coaches, energy, and environment. When your coach has the ability to fill in a flying position and still throw difficult tumbling passes herself you know you’re getting well rounded coaching, not to mention also having an extensive background in both cheerleading and gymnastics. This gym welcomed myself, many athletes, and programs with open arms and included us into their family. Even after being retired I am still welcomed back with those same open arms. I HIGHLY recommend this gym to any athlete or individual looking to pursue cheerleading or gymnastics.

I took my daughter to a tumble class to see if she would like this gym to go to because we moved so we had to find a new cheer gym to go to. The coaches were very rude it was sad. They building was pretty dirty. I honestly hate leaving bad reviews but when you do something to my own kids I’m not gonna let that be unspoken. After as I was talking to the coach they were saying that they don’t think she would “fit” with this gym which makes no sense like what the heck. We are now at a new gym but this is what made me really mad this weakend at a cheer comp my daughters gym and rock solid were there their level 3 team beat my daughters team after that the coaches and athletes were making fun of her my daughter was walking around and 4 athletes passed by and rolled their eyes at her and then said good job in a very sarcastic voice I juts can’t take a gym that doesn’t have any sportsmanship if I could give a zero star I honestly would
