I dropped in today to do open gym Met Travis who was more than happy to let me do my own thing. While is was there the owner Joe came in he introduced himself and he seemed like a very nice person and very inviting. The space has a lot of room and plenty of equipment. If you are in the area make the time to come check them out you will not be disappointed.

Is there an option for 10 stars? Because if so, thats what Id leave for Craig and Michelle. CrossFit Menawa is family, no other way to put it. I was living in Phenix City, AL short term, when I found CrossFit Menawa. I was living far away from family but felt right at home with Craig and Michelle. The coaches are beyond phenomenal and are more than willing to correct and instruct individually. The gym itself is absolutely bad ass. Its been two long years since I have attended but still think about the Sweat Lodge every day and miss all the friends and family I found there. I couldnt recommend CrossFit Menawa enough, its a special place.

Ive worked out here several times. Great facility with a really unique community. The owners are super friendly and made me feel at home as soon as I walked in the door. Great coaches, cool vibe, and fun/challenging programming. Go check it out!

I recently decided to give crossFit another shot after 1 year hiatus. After 2 weeks and a mix of morning and evening classes, I’m nothing but impressed. All of your coaches did an excellent job making sure ALL members get in a great workout, no matter what the fitness or experience level is in the class itself. Excellent group mobility and warm-ups to start with plus amazing programming with some of the best instruction on technique for some of the more complicated CrossFit lifts I have ever seen. I truly feel like this box is my home box because Craig and Michelle. Overall, crossFit Menawa is an awesome community. Everyone is extremely knowledgable, and helpful. The best aspect was been treated like family not a stranger. I would recommend this Box to anyone that’s interested in doing crossFit.V/rBen
