Accessed all plant life prior to working. Moved the pots out of the water zone, or covered the plants with tarping. Taped up cameras around our home to ensure no damage. Finished the job and placed items back in order. Great job

First of all John is fantastic! His customer service is second to none! He cleaned some brick walls that had so much mold and mildew. They look brand new. He also cleaned the white trim in our house and it looks great! The price was very reasonable. I promise you will not be disappointed.

We have a light colored house with lots of white trim and accents, that I thought would never look like new again. I was wrong, the results were amazing! We submitted an inquiry on Facebook for a house wash and received a phone call 3 hours later to schedule a same day estimate. Ours is a 2 story home with a variety of roof heights, with mold and mildew discoloring several areas. The rate was very reasonable and we were scheduled for the following week. We were given clear, but simple, instructions to prepare the work area. John called a day early and asked if he could come by because he had an opening. He arrived exactly when he said he would. Took exactly the time he said he would. He did an inspection with us afterwards, removed taped off areas, and made sure we were happy with the work. AMAZING!! Every area of concern is clean; our exterior looks brand new! Professional, courteous, and personable. Could not recommend more highly!Thank you so much!

I had no clue the house would come that clean. I was getting it washed to then hire a painter. If it wasnt for some paint flaking off the house, it wouldnt need to be painted now. This is the second time I have had the whole home wash service from Total Pressure Washing, and each time the service has left my house looking like it has been freshly painted. This time around, I added the roof wash service, which I was skeptical about, but Jon put my mind at ease on explaining the process and the results I should expect. I must say after it was all said and done, it looks like I have a new roof. All of the mildew was completely gone. Best decision I could have made. Between the whole home wash and the roof service, my house looks new again.

Very impressed with not just the quality of their work, but their professionalism and the amount of care they put into their work. I have an American flag by the front entrance of my house and they took the time to take the flag down and placed it in their truck so that it wouldnt get damaged by the bleach. Recently we bought a home and made sure to stipulate in the contract that the house be professionally washed. We got down to 2 days before closing and the job still hadnt been completed so I called Jon and Total for an estimate. He not only came to do the estimate at a moments notice, but squeezed us into his schedule so we didnt have to move into a house that was in dire need of washing.
