These folks were a gem! I live across the country and reached out based on previous reviews. I showed them a photo I had received from our tenants of a broken window (storm window and 2 panes of the main window). I contacted Columbus Glass Masters to come fix my shower hinged door because it kept getting stuck and became difficult to close. They scheduled me the very next day and were very courteous over the phone. Steven was punctual and super professional during the whole process.
