Called about having a chipper diagnostic test, got me in a couple hours later and took care of the issues with it on the spot and had me back on the road before I knew it. The manager (Dave) was very personable, and was out checking on things on the shop floor periodically making sure his employees had everything they needed. Any other place the manager would be posted up in their office not being apart of the crew, and oblivious to what was going on in their own building. I wish I could remember the gentlemans name that worked on the issues for me, Liam I believe, but he was awesome as well, showing me the results of the test, what was causing them, and the repairs that were needed. Everyone I dealt with went above and beyond and were extremely fair, honest, knowledgeable and transparent through the process. It was close to an hour and a half drive to get there but I would, and will, go back without hesitation after my experience for all of my equipment. Keep it up!

This group is top notch. Excellent customer service....and let’s face it, that’s the difference maker.
