Im pleased with my experience. My recruiter was able to place me with a major company headquartered here in Central Ohio in a role that matched my abilities very well. Unfortunately, my role was sent overseas so I was unable to remain in that position. She and other members of the Randstad staff were very responsive while I was in my role. Upon completion of this assignment, my recruiter was quick to locate others roles I may be a good fit.You have to understand that theyre dealing with higher level jobs than many other agencies that will place you in a job within a couple of days of meeting with them. Be patient. If theyre able to place you it will be well worth it.

I received a call last week from a recruiter that came across my resume and built me up by saying I qualified for many things. She even stated that an employer wanted to set up an interview and that they were highly impressed with my resume as well. She, unfortunately was going on vacation for the next 2 weeks, but said she was handing my information over to a colleague, named Jessica, that would get me all of the information and take care of setting everything up as this employer was looking to fill the position as soon as possible. I have heard nothing! I have called multiple times a day, and have left numerous messages, but no one answers or ever responds. I am in desperate need of a job. What was described to me sounded like a match made in heaven. It is very upsetting to think I may have lost this opportunity because no one will return my countless calls! I have even tried calling every other branch in the city in hopes of getting an email address, and no one ever answers the phone or returns calls. If you guys are in need of a secretary to answer your phones, I have a lot of experience!

Third week in a row, where Pay wasn’t received. How do you expect a hard worker if you’re not paying. And no one responds to NOTHING

Just like any temp agency, I believe part of the way youll view them is by the company as a whole- and the rest being by your recruiter. Having held jobs directly with companies and using a few different national/intl agencies in the past, I would say Randstad has been the best thus far. Randstad was not only the quickest in getting back to me especially when in dire need of a job due to a prior contract ending with another company; but the recruiter Ive had has been honestly what put them above and beyond. When going through an agency, there is nothing more discouraging than a recruiter who doesnt seem to care about you finding employment(especially since thats their job)- but that wasnt found with Randstad. Not only has my recruiter been nothing short of encouraging with the application, hiring and post-hiring process. But even the mention of helping look for other opportunities prior to a contract ending so that you dont have gaps in work was something never recommended by any other agency in the past. If you live in Columbus and are looking for assistance finding work, I would highly recommend contacting Randstad!

I am taking away yet another star from my review about this place. See additional comments below. It seems like every time I call no one answers so I leave a voice mail and no one ever calls me back. If I email someone there I rarely get an email back. Its frustrating because people who are looking for work use these resources and it seems like no one there is willing to help. If the recruiters there are overwhelmed then they need to hire more people to help out. I did have a recruiter at a different location who was one of the best ever but unfortunately that was for warehouse and thats not what Im looking for at this time. ITS HAPPENING AGAIN!!! I recently got let go from my job, and the same thing is happening that happened above. This is ridiculous!

Awesome agency Sarris is VERY AWESOMELY AWESOME as well as the whole staff in implementation and execution and help while on assignment, if you work with this office you are working with one of the BEST!!!!!!

Not only does the customer service stink, but they also tend to lie. I am currently unable to collect unemployment because they told the office I quit when I was infact fired. Still upset about this and still cant get ahold of anyone to try and figure it out.

I’ve had email correspondence with an agent listed on a job posting but they never followed up. I’ve tried calling and nobody answers. I’m not sure how they stay in business with the type of service they offer..
