I applied for a job and within a few days was contacted about a position, interviewed & received a job offer all within a few days. First off Mary Schultz is unprofessional .she would not put my sheet in to get paid.and she never answered my phone calls or email.so watch who ever apply there might not get paid

I was contacted by Jake on a Monday; the interview was set up with the client on a Wednesday; and I interviewed Friday morning, securing the contract by Friday afternoon. Jake walked me through all of the intricate details concerning the contract description and requirements, my experience, and my desired hourly rate to help us both determine if this contract would be a good fit for me. While Jake was in the office ensuring I had my questions and concerns answered, another agent (Billy) was available to meet and introduce me to the client prior to the interview. I graduated in January and had spent the last 6 month trying to find a job. During that time I had worked with over 10 temporary agencies trying to find a job. Non of them had gotten me any interviews or even a job. Then I received a call from Jake. Who had a company he thought I would be a good fit for. Unfortunately that company went with someone else. But short time later he got me an interview with AEP, and a week later I started my first Design Engineering job. Ive had many calls from this recruiter, and its never the same person twice. The modus operandi is always the same: Are you looking for a job (I just put my resume out there, what do you think?) Are you working now? Are you working at $badly_mispronounced_common_word_company still? What do you do? How much do you make? How much do you want to make? What do you want to do? Are you interviewing anywhere else?Ive just told you what I make and what I want to make/do in my next position. Why do you even think Id be interested in an entry level job paying half of what I make now?Quit calling me.

I had been stuck in the job market for almost a year when this office contacted me about an interview with one of their clients. The people I dealt with were polite, professional and very helpful through the entire process. I didnt get that job but my contact at Insight Global came back to me a week later with another opportunity. The third interview they set me up for landed me a job. They are the first staffing company Ive worked with to actually have that kind of follow through. Most dont seem to want to make that level of effort and would prefer to immediately move on to the next guy in line.If there was any downside to watch out for Id say itd be the timetables. Be prepared to have very short notice about a potential interview, even just one or two days. That may or may not be more reflective on the client companies and the job market overall but its something to be aware of. That said, overall Im quite satisfied by my dealings with this company.

Kyle was super easy to work with and was there to assist at every step of the way. I was laid off from a RIF so no fault of my own. Insight had me interviewing within days and ultimately working within a month. I would definitely work with Insight - especially Kyle - in the future. Look for me in a couple years when I get my Graduate Degree :)Update: Since starting I found that insurance is just under $1000 a month with an up front deductable of $5000 before insurance does anything. So best case I spend $12,000 a year just to say I have insurance, worst case I spend $17,000 before insurance pays anything.I also worked hours that my contracting manager told me I had to work. I turned in my hours and the companys HR decided not to pay me 13 hours worth of work. NO ONE at either Insight Global or the contracting company I report daily to took the time to talk to me about it and neither one seems to care. Apparently this was supposed to be pre-approved even though I sent Insight Global an email a week prior.

I would not recommend this company to people because of Mass hiring and mass firing and no job security, you can get fired any time. They had found me on the web somehow in 2016 and used my bilingual skills to lure me in for a 6 month contract for this GCG firm which is at will termination, I left my old job and after two weeks at the new job that was provided to me by insight global I was terminated for no reason before my contract was even up. The recruiter who found this job for me quit insight global same day as I was terminated from the Assignment. These people do not match your skill set and your major to the job market properly. After I was fired the HR lady told me Dont sweat it, this job is known for having a high turn over rate, we will find you a new one. Well try telling this to the bills that I have to pay Dont Sweat it and see how fast your credit will be screwed!. They still did not find me a job. I would stay away from this company and just keep your old job even if it pays low. Oatmeal is better than no meal. Also pay attention to the reviews on google that say Its a great Company that has 5 stars, its bs written probably by someone that works for the company.
