AVOID AT ALL COST!!In todays business environment you want a payment provider that is a partner and backbone of your e-commerce business. My experience of 2Connect has been one of disgust.I would not recommend them to my worst enemy! There is no customer service, they mislead you on the initial sign-up criteria and they dictate your website terms. I have complained numerous times to them and all they do is saying they are under pressure. I changed to PayFast which approved my merchant code in 48 hours. Now that is service and a business partner!Avoid them at all costs if you can!! Its one of the MOST unprofessional companies I have EVER dealt with.

I dont know why some people say the fee is high. My transaction fee is lower than from my other payment processor. Maybe different fee for different country and depends on your personal account manager. My personal account manager, is really nice and professional. Of course the different timezone makes a little bit hectic when trying to contact the Support. But when I try it on their working hours, 30 minutes is the longest period of waiting to be replied. Anyway, theyre awesome. Never had any problem with them.There is a little thing that I hoped was there. A transaction fees calculator. Hope theyll work it out. :D

This company is the worse Ive ever worked with !The customer service just doesnt want to help!Seems like they dont want any customers working with them.If you are a drop shipper i would not recommend working with them.Choose any other payment processor that will be more efficient for your company.

Fraudulent charges. A company related to iolo was unable to charge my deceased mother in 2016, 2017, & 2018. Somehow 2checkout found a way to charge her in 2019 while using an incorrect address.

I had a 2checkout account and had used it for several months with a good average sale. However, 2checkout suddenly closed my account without telling me the actual reason. I had asked from them again and again but they did not respond me well and refused to tell me the actual reason stating that “we can’t disclose anything”. However, after that they told me that they will review my account after 180 days. Now as soon as 180 days are completed yesterday, they told me that they will again review my account after another 180 days. What the hell is this? Not any other payment processor does like this. Other payment processors have clear policies and even they will never close seller account without a solid reason but 2checkout can close your account without any reason and can hold your payment for a long time. Even 2checkout does not have any clear policies for their sellers like me; the payment was held for 180 days and now held again for another 180 days. 2checkout has failed to fulfill its promise and I will for sure advise others that never ever trust on 2checkout because your money will never be safe with it and you will get no response if your payment is on hold.

Worse customer support ever!!! Ive been denied because they say I violate one of there rules when in fact I didnt. I sell name brand consumer electronics. I have all the correct paper work but I still was denied. smh Im going to put this company on my never again list.

Too bad I was not able to find 0 star option.Ridiculous policies they have. High Fee Charge and worst service. Also they can take upto 2 days to receive payment from buyers side and If for some reason (they have 1000s) you get your account revoked at that period of time. You lose all the money which was upheld by that 2 day delay. Do not waste your time here. THEY SUCK! Choose ANY OTHER GATEWAY, but not this.

I signed up looked at their coverage my country was listed. Went through the first verification process, Id, utilities bills, passport. Then asked for bank statement had to go through the hassle to get all the docs and then they tell me they cant approve my account based on my location. Why couldnt they just tell me that in the beginning, instead of making me jump through hoops for nothing...wasted resources for nothing. Terrible company I believe the account manager was Alex Wynn for my case.

Worst company everNot happy with there services. They blocked my account without any reasons. Very poor support. Not getting any response from there support team.I spend a lot of time to open an account, read docs, integration etc. and now they just closed my account!!! Dont waste your time/money and go to another provider. This company is absolute SCAM.

Something about the customer support that gives 2CO an air of untrustworthiness. Sure they shut down 2 accounts and I waited 6 months for both. They were both eventually deposited into bank account and other into Payoneer. So good news is, if they lock your account, you will get your money back in 6 months. However still, air of unprofessionalism hasnt changed since I used them in 2004. And with todays PayPal / Stripe, 2CO appears to be fading away. Just look at their Prohibited list. Rules out 90% of business people.

They screwed us up literally. Imagine not being able to accept payments for days. Read on.2Checkout has poor customer respect and support. Heres the details:They notified us of some compliance issue with 2 year plans that we corrected. Suddenly the account was locked after 2 weeks. No payments were accepted or received during this period. Customer wanting to purchase were in a standstill.After 2checkout they mentioned that there are some areas in on the site that were using APIs which there werent. The comminication between them was super slow and their RISK team was very incompentent in responding in a timely fashion and with a good level of details.It took more than 48 hours of calls and emails and we are still in a standstill. They still couldnt answer what the issue of the lockout was. Customers are still waiting in the meantime and no body can purchase.The main complaint here is1. how do you lock out an account of a merchant that depends on the business for more that 48 hours. Poor choice of action. Companies depend on your system for sales and staying in business.2. Communication is poor. Team was not able to respond with specifics as to what the issue was. Their responses were vague and inaccurate despite many attempts at asking for clarification.3. Their sense of urgency is awful. I escalated this issue many times with them and still they would wait a day to respond. Their response was still unclear. Its as if they dont know whats happening them selves. 48 hours is critical 2checkout! no sales for 48 hours because of your lack of understanding of urgency.This is not a good provider to deal with since they may lock your account for whatever reason. And if this happens, which then can be urgent, you may not receive any worthwhile response for a very long time.As merchant make sure you pick a provider that is able to support you quickly in case of issues. Every downtime is a huge drawback to your business.

Worst gateway ever. We were customers from +2 years. Received only 3 chargebacks from the same fraudulent customer in 1 month (the 2Checkout fraud and risk department doestnt work), they charged us $75 and stole our account balance money. If you want to keep your business running, go away from 2Checkout.

I never met such bad service. after I changed my smartphone I can not login to my account because I need to setup again 2 step authentication application. 3 months I can not to login to my account and they stopped to reply to my emails. I need to make refund to few customers and cant do that.... AVOID THEM

Japanese companies are advised not to use the 2checkout service.The reason we dont recommend it is that the account was unilaterally suspended, although we were n’t fraudulent.When the account is terminated, the user can only view it, and cannot receive sales or refund the customer. For that reason, we suspended payments, receivables, and triple punched customer complaints. That ’s why we do n’t recommend this service.Since we are not fraudulent, when we asked for a refund, 2checkout will review it two months later. I did n’t answer.It is mysterious that such a company is a payment company.If you are looking for a payment agent, we strongly recommend that you use another payment agent, even if the fees are slightly higher.
