Not a good place to work.Drove their Option Care contract for two months. They deduct $30/week to work here.Much better off driving Door Dash, Uber Eats, etc.Youll receive better pay, including tips paid daily.
Ordered from Grainger 3 weeks ago with next day delivery via TForce. Still dont have what I ordered. Called Grainger last week, they called TForce. Apologized for the delay and said it would be delivered the next day. Fast forward to this week when I call TForce. First lady wasnt sure why it wasnt delivered and placed me on hold for ten minutes, someone else answers and I have to repeat the entire story. Then says oh delivery was attempted but nobody there to sign for it. Grainger says of course no signature was required and there was notice of delivery attempt being made so Im sure she was just making it up.at this point they wont redeliver it and I need to call Grainger and reorder. Grainger says it was already ordered and TForce has it. So now TForce has a product I paid for and is telling me to order it again. Ill just order it off Amazon and save the hassle and dispute the charge with Grainger letting then know TForce cost them a sale.
This is where i drive for
If I could give negative stars, I would. I worked with a local UPS store to ship a piece of furniture from Columbus to Colorado. The UPS store carefully boxed up the shipment, and handed it off to TForce.Thats when the fun began. The furniture arrived late. They called a few times to tell me it would be delayed, and then I just sort of gave up and figured it would arrive at some point. It did. But the furniture was completely destroyed and unable to be salvaged.Since I didnt pay for insurance, they were unwilling to reimburse me for the item—fair enough. But they also refused to refund the $1000 I paid for packing and shipping. They took two months to get around to telling me this, and, in the meantime, they told me I couldnt dispose of the item. Its still in my yard. The $100 they are giving me will just about cover the cost of disposal. My advice: Instead of shipping furniture with these folks, ask me to come over, and I will destroy your item with a sledgehammer. Youll save time and money; I will only charge $500 for my services, and I will do it right away. This is the worst customer service experience I have had in my entire life. And I am pretty old.
