Alex was very responsive with our project to ethernet hard wire a room in our house. We had to fish wires in some tight spots, and in the end everything worked out great! Hes a hard worker, and helped me brainstorm the different ideas to accomplish the goal.

Alex helped us run CAT5e Ethernet cable from our basement to 3 bedrooms on our top floor. I had tried to DIY with a friend / general contractor and ran into trouble when the switch we installed in the attic wouldn’t work. Alex diagnosed the problem (the attic was too hot for the switch to reliably operate), and we reviewed some options together (like an industrial switch rated to 167F). Ultimately we decided to just run 3 cables from the basement instead of 1, and move the switch to the basement, which actually saved me time and money (as we no longer needed to run electric into the attic). Alex was fun to work with throughout, always professional, and I felt his price was reasonable - especially as he toiled in our hot attic for a couple hours. Now we have hard-wired internet in every room which is much faster and more stable than our WiFi, especially in a split-level, and when my wife and I are both working from home on Zoom calls. I definitely recommend having Alex do something similar in your home!

I found Alex on Nextdoor which was scary, because I have never used Nextdoor & I didnt know if I should use him or not. Since my computer hasnt worked for 6 months, I went ahead and took it to him. The problem I was having was I couldnt sign into my laptop. He fixed all of my problem by reinstalling windows 10 & he cleaned it up. I thought it was a lost cause.
