The whole staff is capable, prompt, and courteous. Whenever I have had an issue with a system outage or difficulty getting firmware to function, I place call, and within minutes, the firm contacts me and assists in resolving the issue or finding a work around.

Robert Koehler was a great help to me, I still us an old 1990 Macintosh LC, it quit and he got it running for me. kind of expensive $4500 to fix but he did it. He specializes in pre 1995 computers. I was so grateful to find him. Thanks Robert!

I urge you to take no disciplinary action against Robert Koehler. The aggressor the whole time was the woman who wanted to make this an islamophobia incident. His picture taking was innocent. What you have seen is a heavily edited version in order to make Robert look bad.
