Terrible company. Pushes out local businesses to build “luxury housing”. They destroyed everything that was great about the campus area and left behind an unsustainable soulless mess.
I wrote a 10 page term paper about campus partners. It is such a shame that they care so little about the student experience. One of their employees blatantly said that 15th and high was going to have a luxury hotel where parents could stay after catching a show at the wexner center! It is sickening how obviously they care more about the rich parents visiting once a year than the students who live here full time. Ill miss ohio state, but I am so glad Im getting out before they completely ruin high street.
A cancer to culture and civilization in general!!! Homogenized retailers and stale corporate products won and pushed out an exciting and once thriving DIY culture that helped break the monotony of average America!!!
I dont even go to school here anymore, but this organization started pushing out local businesses while I was still at OSU. I never knew that you could gentrify a college campus, but Campus Partners has found a way to do that. Ohio State needs to stop putting profits above student experience.
Just found out that these guys are the ones responsible for ruining campus and the short north. All the reasons to go to the university district were put out of business to build chains, apartments, and hotels. This is not “urban revitalization,” it’s cultural destruction. The short north used to be the place to be in Columbus, but now it’s been gutted to such an extent that locals know to stay away. Thanks for making campus uncool 👍
I dont even recognize the place I call home anymore. Youve destroyed a beautiful place full of history and culture in exchange for commercial sales and gentrification. No one wanted this. No one asked for this. This company has ruined campus high Street. But I sure am glad I can get Chipotle at two different places now!
Buying and pricing out the unique businesses that make Columbus exciting to visit and live in. Campus is becoming a sad strip mall. Nothing to do.
Single-handedly ruining the Ohio state student experience and the university district neighborhood by turning local businesses into hotels and chain retail
Tore the heart and soul out of The Ohio State campus, congrats...
Just bad people doing bad things.
What everyone else said.
You are a plague to our city.
Soulless leeches.
