Informed they were calling a business. They asked for a random name. when asked who they were was cut off and told I already told you who I am. Kept trying to pry personal data without confirming of business calling or why. BBB unfriendly

I have had nothing but nice people to help me out when setting up payments. I hardly ever rate my experiences but I would give them a 10/10 when it comes to being kind, courteous and interested.
