Company was quick to respond and communicated well with me since I live out of state. They went right in did a great job and was just as quick getting out.

We called Hays + Sons after we saw water damage in our basement. They were prompt and professional, outlining a plan of repair and giving suggestions on how to find the cause of the issue (as it was external - not plumbing). They were on time every time, performing the removal of damaged areas and drying out. We are looking forward to finishing out our repairs with them in the spring when outside work can be completed.
