Initial issues began during the installation process. The installer was rude and did not respect our privacy or home. he went into adjacent rooms that had doors closed without asking permission. I was told by two people that the shower walls would go to the ceiling, but the installer said he could not do that.Fast forward a couple months and I noticed my floor is cold. I crawl under my home to find the area where the drain modification was done had been uncovered and left open. He tore down the insulation and vapor barrier to adapt his drain then just left it open to the elements. It is sad that most of my issues seem to revolve around poor worksmanship provided by their installer.
