Wish I could give 0 stars. They butchered my sons hair the day before his awards banquet and when asked, blamed us and said that is what we asked for. They then proceded to charge my husband an outrageous price that was supposedly already discounted.. we will take our business elsewhere and will advise others to do the same.

First of all the wait said 15 minutes.. It was almost 45 minutes I had to wait for a haircut. This was the second time the hairstylist has bombed my hair cut. I asked her to use the shavers. She tells me she didnt know how to blend my beard to it.. i said ok.. thinking she was just going to leave my beard alone and still do the sides. Mind you this is a $10 add on fee that other sport clips do for free. She COMPLETELY leaves the sides alone!.. she completely shaves the back of my head and leaves the sides.. mind you Im supposed to be getting a bald fade.. she gives me a high and tight.. lol. To make things better my bill was 40 bucks after.. this place is trash.

Always visit this place to get my haircut and both my boys haircuts. Angela and Leah are the best and it was great to walk in and see that they were here at the Columbus store due to I use to visit them at the Bloomington store and no one cuts hair better then these two girls.On a side note - PLEASE put up window tinting in your business window. I was there recently and couldn’t enjoy my hair cut due to the sun baking and blinding everyone. Something really needs to be done about this and it doesn’t matter we’re you sit it covers the entire inside of the business floor all the way back to the wash stands.

Friendly staff. Excellent notes on previous cuts, so it saves time if you get the same hairstyle. Optional hot towel treatment and massage via a percussive device. Also TVs everywhere so you can watch your game of choice.

I have a place now that is my home for haircuts. No anxiety because your haircut will always turn out great! Very friendly and the MVP is great after a long day of work. I also recommend Angie for the flawless fades and amazing cuts. She is very detailed and from what i see a perfectionist. Great conversation and big TVs if your the non talkative type.☆Highly recommend☆!

I came in on Christmas Eve 2020 to get my haircut. I checked in online and got right in the chair. I have been getting haircuts at SportClips for years...In Atlanta and Franklin, IN. This is the first time Ive visited this store. Between the lack of communication, the childish managerial staff, and the poorly run operation, it will also be my only visit. But I have some parting words.To Angie: your managerial skills are severely lacking. This isnt high school; this is the real world. Out here, being left to run a business that brings in paying customers isnt the same as being put in charge of taking names while the teacher is out of the classroom.A customer conveys to you his dissatisfaction with a haircut and you dismiss him as an annoyance and passively respond with, Well, itll grow back. And were even giving you a free service to come back when it does. Really? If you found glass in your food at a restaurant and were told, Well, the cuts in your mouth will heal, and when they do, come back and were gonna give you some free food, would you return (rhetorical question)? But none of this is your fault, really. The owner of this place was short-sighted enough to leave you in charge, so the blame lies elsewhere.Heres a little piece of advice: Leave your hall monitor badge at home when you come to work, and accept the fact you do not yet possess the skills necessary to be in charge...because youre 20-ish and dont have a clue. By owning your faults, youll discover humility. And thats when you can begin to mature as an adult.To Leah: the haircut you gave me is actually great. You are very nice and professional. You do really good work, and I know youll continue that in your career as a hair stylist. The issue I had while I was in the store was that it wasnt what I asked for. In fact, it was quite the opposite. The end result is a good one, because the haircut is truly good. However, I asked for an apple and you gave me apple sauce--kind of the same, but not really anything alike.Advice: If youre not sure what your customer is asking for, dont start hacking away at his head with the number 4 clippers until youre certain.To the Owner of This Place: I realize on Christmas Eve theres gifts to buy and places to be, but leaving people like Angie in charge of your store while you do your last-minute Christmas shopping is not the smartest business decision. Her and those like her will take your dream of owning a successful business and turn it into a financial nightmare. And with the COVID thing, forget about it. Youll be back to cutting hair at Great Clips, and Angie will be YOUR boss.A little piece of advice for you: Dust off the training videos and re-watch the part where it talks about not leaving inexperienced millennial teenagers to represent your very costly franchise in an already failing industry due to a world-wide pandemic.Other than that, I was very satisfied and would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Go to Franklin SportClips if you want to watch golf while getting your haircut.

They did not want to help my bf check in were not welcoming and did not seem to want business. We got there and they reluctantly checked him in then took people who walked in after him so we ended up leaving. The workers were very slow and not friendly.

Boys cuts were adorable

Today was my first time going to a Sport Clips after having bad experiences at other places. Kenzie did such a great job and I finally have no complaints. She was so sweet and she really listened to what I wanted. I love the cut I got and I already received several compliments. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you so much for being amazing

My 15 year old son, who is now completely aware of the opposite sex, is very concerned about his appearance. Loves the way his hair looks after his hair is cut at Sports Clips and enjoys the pampering treatment!!

My husband took our 5yr old son in yesterday. He has longer surfer type hair and asked for a trim. He walked out with my moms pixie haircut from 1996. It went from nearly all one length below his ears, to lots of short layers. Instead of a trim she cut inches off. There was at least 4 inches cut from the shortest layer she made. If you want a short haircut, try your luck, but never would I recommend them.

Me and my boyfriend went in. And waited 56mins. And a guy comes in and asked about a coupon. He signed in, there was something wrong with sign in. One of the blonde hair ones with black glasses. Said to the man that all get you because you was here first. ARE YOU serious. Never going back.
