I had a great haircut at Santarellis Barbershop. The big draw for me was being able to reserve a spot online. At a lot of barbershops you either wait until theres a free spot or you call for an appointment. Being able to reserve online was a big plus for me. I timed it so that I could go straight from my haircut straight to Ray Rays Hog Pit which is nearby. Santarellis is a small place with a great atmosphere and they do a great job cutting hair. Ill definitely go back to get my haircut over my lunch break!

Ive had my hair cut here by at least 6 different barbers and they all did a great job. I get compliments on my cuts every time. Relaxed and professional spot.

The pricing is solid -- but youre better off spending the extra 10-15 and going somewhere that actually cares. This place has fallen off from what it used to be and yet the pricing keeps going up. I go to same barber every time, never remembers my name or a single detail about my haircut for return visits.The quality of haircut I will receive from visit - visit can vary dramatically and it is always the same cut that I ask for...

I came for a walk in before a job interview. Mario, a new barber to the shop, gave me one of the best haircuts Ive ever gotten! Mario is a very nice guy. The vibe of the shop is very unpretentious. Their prices are good, too!

I usually dont spend more than $15 on a haircut. $5 more however is a WORLD of difference. My barber spent 45 minutes making my cut just right based on my hairline. Great service and attention to detail. After a couple of weeks it still looks really good!

Santarelli’s is a top notch barbershop in the Columbus area. It is one of the best “bang for your buck” shops in all of Columbus. It’s technically located in Clintonville just north of The Ohio State University campus. Their prices really can’t be beat and Dave (my barber) really takes his time and gets it right. Check out Santarelli’s if you’re looking for a good cut at a fair price (relative to the area.)

Derrick is a rock star! Hes consistently given me a great cut every time and he takes the time needed to do it right. Highly recommend him. From what i can tell the rest of the staff does a great job too. This place has pros, no hacks. Another bonus, if you like PBR it is usually flowing in there.

Ive gotten about 15 haircuts at santarellis and I absolutely love every single one. The price is extremely fair as well for a cut and a fade and they have really flexible hours. I dont go to a specific barber but they have all done a wonderful job.i cant recommend this barbershop more

So I walk in and request a traditional flat top with a straight razor neck shave. Santana sits me in the chair, ask a few questions, and proceeds to give me a great close cut that is good as I have had in awhile. The neck shave, hot towel, and personable attention all contributed to a return visit. Piercings and tattoos were not included. :-)

Made an appointment with Shawn for my first time in. Explained what I wanted and he exceeded my expectations. I fully trusted any poetic license he added and enjoyed the entire experience. The straight razor shave and hot towel were a great finish. Definitely going back.

They take appointments, but I mustve just beat the rush and sat in a chair right away. Got a detailed trim from Derek for very a good price. I tipped accordingly as usual. Highly recommend.

Normally cut my own hair (a serviceable high& tight isnt too difficult), but this place is awesome. I think that Ive found a place to go regularly. Derek did a great job today!

35 dollars for a rushed hair cutt and bread trim. Looks like its rushed, i have stray long hair everywhere.He did not cut it how i told him. Ive been coming here for YEARS. Since the Older guy who started it let these new Barbers trun it into a Hipster Barbershop, it is WAY over priced, and they are Trash. I miss the days when the older Man was the only Barber.

4 out of 5 because 4 out of 5 haircuts I got here have been stellar. Not sure what happened the other time, dude did stuff I didnt ask him to do while I was facing away from the mirror. Gonna have to go tan some parts of my scalp that have never been exposed to sunlight before now.

Great Haircuts Ive been going here since theyve opened. I normally get a cut from Sean but Ive had a cut from everyone here and Ive yet to be disappointed. Only thing to watch out for is Shawns mustache its pretty hideous, looks like a hairy centipede died on his upper lip.

I am so done with this place. I tried super hard to be loyal because the haircuts are actually the best Ive ever had, and all the barbers are consistent. But this is the 2nd week in a row that Ive showed up at 11am on Sunday and sat and waited for 30 minutes for someone to even show up. Its 11:30 and the door is locked and no one is even here. Also half the barbers are appointment only and its super confusing and they all act like youre bothering them just by showing up. I hate to be this way because theyre all cool people who do a great job but customer service is seriously lacking and I, as a customer, shouldnt have to constantly be accommodating. Finding another shop and seriously disappointed.

I went to try this place yesterday and ended up recutting my own hair later the same day. afterward. The barber did a lousy job and I wont be going back.
