The people here at Behlen Towing have been really great, when the police accidentally had them tow my car when it shouldnt have been they were really nice about the entire process until the police covered the towing charges and were great about getting our vehicle back to us. Ive stopped by a couple of times and if they think its safe theyll sometimes let me buy parts off the junked cars for pretty nice prices. Overall one of the nicer towing places Ive been.

We had our car breakdown 20 mi outside town with two small kids on a weekend in the winter. There were no easy options to transport the kids so they brought out a second truck to transport the family. Both guys were great. I will use them again if it is ever needed and I am in the area.

They are the best if ýou have locked your keys in your car. My friend did this on those very cold few days that month and he wouldnt give up trying to get back into the car himself. After an hour of trying in the frigid air he finally relented and allowed me to call Behlens 25 mins later and a well spent $40 later he was back in the vehicle and on his way. They do a quick and in my opinion a very inexpensive job.

They charged me $60 more than what it cost me to have my car towed to Columbus just to pull my car back up onto the road! I was only half way off the road, never calling this place again!

There are better companies out there

Have had one friendly person and one rude person. Very expensive. Wish there was some other locksmith to call.

Quoted me $250 and then charge me 400 Huge mistake using the scam artist
