Would be 5 stars if do within time promised. Good people.
Their communication its really great. They are so nice and humble. And they are really fast. Their work is great they are amazing people all in all... They are my Mechanics for both of my foreign vehicles.
I like the service done with my car, but my car never gets vacuum out when done. I spend a lot of money @ this business. But they can do better.
The best. No comparison. Thanks to Mr. Henry for great technical service and wonderful customer service. Today was my first introduction as taken my daughters 2012 Vox.
Spent $900 on suspension work on my AMG and when I picked it up it needed paint correction. I looked like they gave it a dirt bath and made zero effort to clean the car before I picked it up. Have not used them after this, now I go to a dealership. Also they do not report anything to car fax because they dont believe in it The place is stone age. Go elsewhere
Great service, honest & accurate diagnostics and expedited repair. I love that theyre trusted, and a full service establishment. They fixed mechanics and lighting.
They completed in a great time frame. Complete brake service, belts & air conditioning tensioner. Great value!
Pros. Competent. Honest. Not cheap of course but better than dealer hands down.
Quality work, customer service and the prices for repair are half that of the dealership. Will be a repeat customer!
I was able to walk in and get service for my 2006 VW Touareg last minute over a holiday weekend. Good customer service.
Very knowledgeable mechanics here, especially when it comes to older (pre-2000) Mercedes. Had an issue with a fuel line not being tightened properly, and brought it back. They fixed it without issue. They also are quite competitive with their pricing. They arent the cheapest, but you get honest work from them, and I am confident enough to bring any issues that require a mechanic to them.
They take very good care of my wifes BMW 2011. Reasonable cost and friendly customer service. Offer very professional 👌 support and assistance 🙏Highly recommend.
If you own a BMW this is the place for quality, and friendly service. Henry and Sara are fantastic.
Very helpful answering questions about German cars
Fantastic to deal with! I purchased a 2008 BMW X3 with LOTS of issues . These folks have brought it back from the brink of death! I highly recommend them and found their charges to be very reasonable .
They charged me $300 to replace an ignition coil. A pack of 6 of the coils are $120 on Amazon and as a garage they must be getting a better price than that. They told me the coils were all original (which I know for a fact isnt true) and wanted $800 to change all 6 of the coils. The procedure for changing the coils is literally easier than changing the spark plugs, as you need to take them off to change the spark plugs. Once you have access to one coil it literally takes 5 minutes to change the other coils. Given the value of the parts and their stated rate of $105 per hour I fail to see where the $300 or $800 figures came from. I could personally easily change these in under 2 hours and I have no training whatsoever or access to the equipment they do. You literally take off a couple of covers, take out the coils, put on some conductive grease, install the coils and youre done. I suspect anyone giving a positive review don’t know the value of the work being done or the cost of the parts. I was charge two hours of labor for a 1 hour job and $87 for a $20 part. To add insult to injury I asked them to look into removing a seized bolt in the tires. They charged me half an hour of labor literally just to look at the tires and do nothing. I took them off myself in under 20 minutes by just taking an over-sized 12 point socket, using a sledge hammer to hit it onto the end of the bolts for grip (it was the anti-theft bolts that were seized and the removal keys kept breaking) and removed and replaced them for about $10 worth of parts. These guys are either inept or thieves. Actually, it might be both. I feel very ripped off.
Great info...
Excellent service with quality repair. The did my front and rear breaks and I couldnt be happier.
I’ve used Blagoi’s a couple times in the few years I’ve had my mid-2000’s BMW and they’re always thorough and speedy with their servicing.I recently had $1600 worth of work done on my car and something failed within a week. The part was a relatively cheap part that should have been offered to be replaced alongside the other work done, but was never suggested and ultimately ended up being the cause of an issue a few days later. The head technician (Henry) was super remorseful and the shop paid for the tow and subsequent service despite it being a part they didn’t originally replace during service.I respect the pride they take in their work! If you’re looking for dealership level service that isn’t as pricey (yet, still a tad pricey) go on over to Blagoi’s, because they will not disappoint!
My absolute go to guys for anything on my Mercedes. They have been taking care of my cars for years and I have found them to be honest and ethical in every single exchange. If you have a German auto I absolutely would not take it anywhere else to have it worked on.Henry, Sarah and the rest of the team are the kind of people you want to know.
These guys are HORRIBLE! Left my car in worse condition than when i dropped it off for repairs. I DONT NOT recommend anyone to go their for any car repairs!
My experience has been that Blagois is somewhat cheaper than going to the dealership for the same service, and much more trustworthy. Every time theyve suggested a service or repair, Ive understood the diagnosis, the cost, and any likely next steps before they started work. Ive done enough service on my own vehicles that I can usually tell when a shop is making a money grab by suggesting unnecessary service, and Blagois became my shop of choice because they were the first shop not to do that.
5 stars for Sarah and the team at Blagoi’s. After numerous trips to the official Mercedes dealerships in Columbus only to receive highly inflated quotes and poor customer service, I turned to Blagoi’s. I only wish I had from the start! The customer service is excellent and the team really cares about finding the right solution for your car (and not the one that just costs the most). I will never go anywhere else!
If I could give a negative 15 I would. This place is extremely unprofessional. They lack communication and dont provide straight forward information. They will take your money do a half job and skirt around the warranties they offer. Dont take your car here!
Stopped going to the dealership years ago when I found Blagois. Henry and Sarah (I believe thats her name) are fantastic. They keep me informed, are fair and honest, plus the convenient location between my home and work is an extra bonus. Its a shame some reviewers feel ripped off, which is hard to fathom, I have never felt ripped off or confused about the service they performed.
I’ve taken my 2003 Jetta in a few times over the last couple years after another auto shop recommended them. The service is honest, knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend!
I take my senior citizen (2007) Mercedes here for her annual check ups and anything else she needs. I wouldnt go anywhere else. The dealer where I used to take her charges WAY too much money....sure they have free coffee and popcorn....but they would always find something else wrong with her that was very expensive. Then I took her to a nice local mechanic close to my home and they admitted they couldnt do much for her other than change her oil and recommended Blagois. Ive been very happy with their service and I wouldnt take her anywhere else. Henry knows these cars better than anyone in town....and they care about their clients and they keep brining their cars back.
Took my Mercedes to Blagoi’s expecting to spend a ton of money getting it fixed. The bad news is, it is going to cost more to fix it than it’s worth. The good news, unlike the Mercedes dealer who keeps trying to get me to pay to fox this part and that part and more parts to keep getting more of my money these guys called me and basically said they believe it needs a new engine and they would suggest getting a second opinion. They could have also charged me a lot more for diagnostic, but they felt that was unnecessary. Quite frankly, I think Blagoi’s knows more about my car than the dealer. The dealer seems lost as to what the problem is, but Blagoi’s has been very helpful. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.
This is the only shop in town that I will go to. They are fast, helpful, honest and reasonably priced. My car had been at a different shop for 5 weeks, they charged me a $1000 and I had to have it towed away, unfixed. Henry and the guys had my car for just a few days and for less than half of the other amount I was back on the road. They are my heros.
The very best for foreign car repair! These guys are great and dont survive on the lies that the big foreign dealerships use. Just good honest and extremely knowledgeable work.
Excellent care of our car. Quick service. Reliable workmanship. Quality work for reasonable price.
Excellent service, would never take my BMW anywhere else!
Great car service reasonable prices👍🏻 I never had to come back for the same issues 😬 highly recommend it for your German cars
The only place I take my BMWs for repair!
Dont waste your time or money. Take your vehicle to a dealership. Ive had my car in twice for the air conditioning. First time they couldnt find the leak, so a dye was added to the freon. The second time, a month later, there was no trace of the dye, according to them, since evidently they didnt bother to look, so it was recharged again for another $144.00. Miraculously it showed up instantly, they showed me, but it suspiciously looked as if it was not fresh at all and looks as if it was there all along. They said they may have an 0-ring that might fit or they could order one from the dealership that might fix it for another $150.00+ which included a second recharge for the day. I left. I feel as if I paid $144.00 for nothing more than the techs failure to bother to look for the dye as they should have prior to doing the recharge. At $100.00 an hour labor rate, the have no problem making mistakes on your dime.
Very good car shop to go to with foreign cars. The know how and service are excellent and honest.
Excellent service.
Brought my Mercedes suv for a repair. When returned, a few lug nuts was missing and eventually noticed the handbreak wasnt working. When brought to an actual dealer, they said some handbreak clamp was missing.
Not inexpensive, but better than the car dealers prices. They do good work!
Have been there twice. They have been nothing short of courteous and very helpful both times. Strongly recommend
I have a 94 S500 and they are the only people besides the dealership that Ill let touch it.
Execllent sevice for my tdi. Oil change so much cheaper than the dealer.
Fixed my car and it was a good price.. they do good work And there honest hard to find these days.
They might be good with older Euro car but they dont have any clue about newer car. Cost me 2k + for X3 oil leak and radiator leak but repair didnt last more than a week. It seems the use super glue to fix the problem. When I did complain, they came up with additinal problem might have caused the leak and asked for more money to fix them, which I refuse and took th car to authorize dealer. You better take your car to authorize dealer, although you will pay more for service but if problem was not fixed properly they will fixed with no charge. Hopefully this comment will help your future decision.
Nothing but good things to say about this place. If you need car worked on, think about coming here
Great service. Reasonable pricing. Friendly staff
Great place for BMW
My VW Beetle is almost 16 years old. For several years, it has had problems with EPC light coming on and then the car would not accelerate. Another shop replaced throttle body and then cars computer but after a while, problem started again. Neighbor with knowledge of VWs sent me to Blagois and they did an excellent job. Stayed with it until they worked it out. My car is running better than it has for years. Accelerates like it did when it was new. I can pull out into heavy traffic and not get run over. Henry kept me apprised every step of the way. Cant recommend this business highly enough. And, they gave me a ride home and then picked me up at work when the car was ready! Ive never had that happen before.
Knowledgeable, friendly, no bs and much more reasonably priced than Kelly or MAG.
Honest service from highly qualified people...Henry runs the place...ask for him...
They were so helpful and knowledgable. Strongly recommend.
I have taken my VW here twice now. Both repairs were in the $300 range. They are usually less expensive than the VW Dealer in Dublin. My next repair will cost $125 less at Blagois compared to the Dealer. The staff seems knowledgeable about their service and they are friendly. I will be going back.
Nice service. Friendly staff. Took me to work and picked me up after. A little over priced for the services received, but comparable to the area. I will be going back
Always an honest and accurate diagnosis of the problem. Reasonable pricing and great service.
Knowledgeable on all facets of my BMW. Willing to explain the services my car needs and why.
Best German car service center in Columbus! They go above and beyond to tell you everything about your vehicle and what could potentially go wrong with your vehicle.
They did good work at a reasonable price but a specific employee there should keep their opinions to themselves and not make people feel like their car is ugly or not up to their standards...
Great work!!
Friendly, helpful, and honest.
Professional
Great service
