This is no ordinary review. I have had several vehicles worked on in the past and have dealt with several different body shops to include Buckeye collision center in Hilliard and Gilmore Collision in Texas to name a couple. Some of those vehicles I had worked on were the same make and model as the one I had fixed at Service King Southwest Columbus and wrecked in the same location as this time. Every time the vehicle is done at the body shop I always do a detailed inspection on it. Every time I find something wrong with the vehicle. The bumper will have small plastic corners on it cause they never filed them down and there are either pieces missing. I always find something. I have body shop experience and know what a good job is and what a poor job is. The most important thing to look for is fitment, seeing if the hood and fender have an uneven gap clearly showing it was in a previous accident. Service King Southwest Columbus did a perfect job! I couldnt find a single mistake. It looks better now than it did brand new off the lot. The truck is absolutely perfect! They even did a great cleaning the truck, these small things matter to me! The customer service was awesome, always keeping me updated throughout the process! I am very pleased to say that they went the extra mile and were able to complete my truck early as I was needing it because I’m currently moving. And to top it all off one of the Service King experts named Mike met me in the parking lot at the end to double-check on me again and see if there’s anything I needed. This kind of customer service needs to be recognized! I will be a forever customer here. Anybody work I need to be done in the future will be here! I took my van to them with bumper and fender damage. They did an excellent job fixing the damage .however it took them almost one month to complete the repairs and when I called to inquire on the status of my vehicle I was told murderous time someone would return my call and never did that went on daily and weekly Intel They finally called and said it was done .All in all they do good work but hav poor customer servive

I can only speak for the first 5 minutes of walking into the location. I was greeted with a smile and a positive interaction. I will definitely be updating with photos of the actual damage and the repair done. But so far, the customer service is great! They have coffee, hot chocolate and water on the ready and a nice sofa for waiting.Edit: as promised I would write a final review. The service was done in under 4 days for my minor damage. They repaired my car to perfect condition. The paint is perfect since I have a special kind of paint. They were great with communicating with me. The first photo is before and the second is after. My only issue was the tail light seemed a little loose, so I took it in and they checked it and made sure everything was attached correctly, since then, its been just fine. I would highly recommend service king. They dont price gouge anyone. They gave you a fair price for the time and damage done.
After car was fixed a tire sensor error popped up. So I brought it back and explained to them this has happened before and it just needs to be connected properly. They were very polite, but told me it was a misfire and reset the code. After leaving I noticed we still werent able to see the tire pressure and the code popped back up.
I hit a deer and the front right of my car was DESTROYED! That fixed it up perfectly in a short time. They were friendly and helpful. They were happy to answer all of our questions. Ive been to them before and I am happy every time. I totally recommend them.

My car was parked in front of my home October 23, 2020. An unidentifiable vehicle, backed into the front drivers side causing what I thought was irreparable damage. The vehicle was still drivable except for front light damage and sensor issue. Took my car to Service King on Sullivant Ave that morning. Transition was smooth between Allstate adjuster, rental car exchange, and servicing my car. Got my car back within at least 10 days. It looks beautiful and drives well too. Phone customer service from corporate was excellent. Phone customer service from 4000 Sullivant location was poor. The in-person service from the technician who viewed my vehicle to determine an estimate was mediocre at best. I was barely greeted by that person, let alone welcomed. She also did not inform me of critical aspects of next steps, what to expect in the process nor asked me if I had questions about the process. She didnt double check any of my information with me either to confirm that future contact would be smooth and reliable.Update: I got my estimate. It was approximately 4 times the amount estimated by another highly rated shop.

Had some damage done to my car right before Christmas and was nervous about getting repairs done since my last vehicle was leased but i now own this one. Received my car back quickly but there was still a clicking fan noise. I called and left a voicemail for Steve he called me back within the hour and I told him my concerns and had my car in that same day and remedied within 30 minutes of arrival. They took care of my car great two times I had gotten hit, and did a thorough job detailing the inside too! Also they were happy to look at small little stuff like clips or gas door not opening well and fix the small stuff not caught the first round thru immediately.

I was unfortunately rear ended at a red light and I had to find somewhere to take my brand new Jeep to get fixed. I was told to go to service king by the insurance company and it was the best decision ever! They had my car done in legit 4 days! They also cleaned my car inside and out!!!! I’ve never had such an amazing experience! Super fast, super professional, 10/10 highly recommend! You would never know I had work done on my car!

They do not care who owns the vehicle; anyone can authorize any work on any vehicle over the phone without even appearing in person.They let a man who has not been a part of my life in years “authorize” “work” on the vehicle I, and only I, own. This place decided they don’t need the consent of a vehicle owner as long as SOMEONE, anyone, signs a form.

Referred here by our insurance company. Our car had relatively minor repairs that were necessary. The repairs took longer than expected to complete and the quality of the work was mediocre at best.

Worst business ever. My insurance company pointed me here. I had struck a curb with my car, and there was ZERO body work to be completed, solely mechanical work. They had my car for over a month working on it. Tried to give it back to me once, and the brakes were not functioning properly (pedal went to the floor). Told them to fix it, I went back the next day, same issue. So then I petitioned my insurance company to not let Service King touch it again, and I had the car taken to a dealer to be looked over. The dealer found multiple errors with Service Kings work. I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with this business and am working with my insurance company to have it removed as a preferred contractor.Dare I go through the liability issues that would result if I were to get in an accident and get injured as a result of Service King giving me back a vehicle with incorrect functioning brakes. Had I not worked on cars over half of my life, I would not have known this. Who knows how many unsuspecting people they have put at risk!! Chris was less than forthcoming about issues with my car as well. I was told the vehicle was fully aligned from the dealer post work being completed. I wasted MY time and gas going to the dealer to discuss this with them only to find out they did not align all 4 wheels due to a stripped out alignment bolt which Chris failed to mention to me, at least to let me know. Horrible horrible service. DO NOT GO HERE.
Recently had my daughters car repaired here after a minor accident that resulted in damage to the passenger side front quarter panel and door. Brandon was our service advisor and he was fantastic. He kept both my daughter and I appraised of the progress and had the car returned to us on the promised date and it looked great!
One of the workers called to tell me that they could Not fix my lights in the Back which I had been rear ended on the 10th of October she goes to say that Racine light bulbs for my back tail lights in my truck so the person that hit me insurance wont pay for that which is a lie. Once Ive been in an accident I didnt have light after that but they fix my catalytic converter thats up under the hood. Mind you I got rear-ended so I dont have no backlight they cannot find out why I dont have backlights but she said the person Insurance thats not and will not pay for that to get fixed

Started out honest by telling me the people who use to own them half a** their jobs to save money.... ended badly. They fixed my car originally when it was hit about 4 yrs ago. Here I am having them fix issues from their repairs from 4 yrs ago. Via progressives lifetime guarantee (who also is horrible and just wants to save money) they are fixing broken clips horrible paint job bent frame that they did not originally fix etc. Ive sent it back this time 5xs because their work is still as bad as it was 5 yrs ago. Waves and bubbles in the paint, bumper skin not straight (which had to be sent to Dave gill to get right because the frame was bent thank God for Dave gill) missing clips and clamps on bumper skin and interior of the trunk. All and all they should have totaled the car originally but choose to half was it to save money. Its been 5 weeks and I still dont have my car back. The repairs should not have taken more than a week 2 weeks max. Do not take your vehicle here and do not let a. Insurance company send your vehicle here if you want you vehicle to keep its value or not fall apart a year after their body repairs.
Poor very poor service after being told my car should be fixed in a timetable of 2 weeks tops they yet again muck up going into a month now. Ive worked in the auto repair and mfg. Areas all my adult life. If I made one let alone allow my vendors to send me the wrong part after not even having a rental agent there at a time that wad set up almost a week in advance not only does that take hours but then oh we got the part in they say a week ago today oh its the wrong part. Any half decent business with any honor system wouldve made sure that after the first mistake no more would be made and if they were that it doesnt take a week to find out because yet another person doesnt check the part in correctly if at all when it came so the issue wouldve never gotten to the customer one week and a day later then they use vendors that are shady as well and cant get their mess up fixed by overnighting the part. If Id made every made that many mistakes let alone one after the first Id either be written up or retained two mistakes more definitely out of a job! Done getting bsd by this company now my insurance adjuster is set loose. This company gets a one because it wont let you do zero or negative stars. Id recommend to everyone I meet to stay away from this company period. Theyre the cheapest because theyre the worst.if theyre unable to get the job done by Thursday they lose the contract as theyve already broken their agreement three times now and Im not paying for their failures as a business. Was finished when estimated. Paint match and finish matched my vehicle perfectly. Anyone who would leave a bad review is just a disgruntled person at heat. My wifes Jeep Compass was hit in our apartment complex one night. Whoever hit it left so we were graced with the repairs. We had 3 large scratches (one completely through the paint) on the drivers side rear panel, another on the drivers side rear door, and part of the same door was pulled out like it got caught on something on their car. Through Geico, we brought it to Service Kings for repairs. Could not have possibly been happier unless they provided a 4 course seafood meal with every repair. We were POLITELY greeted when we arrived (which can be an anomaly at times in any customer service). After we were sent to the lobby to wait for the inspectors, nearly every employee that walked past greeted us and a few even offered to get us coffee. Mike from Geico and Mike from Service King were very professional and kind in their inspections and interactions with us. They gave us a reasonable quote and a rough estimate of a week for repairs. We were texted the entire time our car was there updates. 4 days after drop off (which, ya know, isnt a week), we were contacted that our car was done. It was right before they closed so Geico Mike extended our rental for a day so we didnt have to hurry in from 30 minutes away. When we got it the next day, the car looked great. Could not even tell it got hit. If I am being nit-picky, they did leave a little bit of...well not sure what it was. Some sort of white powder where the scratches were. But it came right off with a towel and looks good as new. Hopefully we wont have another accident anytime soon but if we do, we will definitely be using Service King.

I was referred here by my insurance company as a preferred shop for a car accident I had. Not only did my car have to be brought back repeatedly for issues NOT fixed from my accident but every time I did bring it back, they found a new issue each time. Finally after months of this I got fed up and did not bring my car back in even with still having issues and after the last time of bringing my car in I never got any paperwork stating what they did to my car and what parts they replaced which I have been told they are REQUIRED to give you. They also continued to give my car back to me with hearing these noises that are abnormal without giving me any explanation of what it could be or was. I took my car to get tires replaced and there is still 3 parts that need replaced still from my accident that was never replaced, plus my alignment was not done properly either. The tire place said my alignment was very very off and that where ever i told my car to put ZIP TIES under my car to hold things in place. WHO DOES THAT? I will be having to pay out of pocket to get these 3 items on my car fixed which will not be cheap either. Im very disappointment and will be contacting my insurance company about the situation and show them my paperwork I got with my tires about parts still needing to be replaced on the side of my accident.

Was told for two weeks that my car was on schedule for repair. Was planning on picking the car up tomorrow when I was surprised to find out from Enterprise car rental that my car had been totaled. They had my car for two weeks and did not communicate this to me. I dont trust these people or Nationwide Insurance. Save yourself the hassel and goto 3c body shop!! Thanks for nothing and the run around Service King, never again will I use your shop or anyone I know.

My car insurance selected this shop for a fender bender. Needed the hood bumped out, the headlight and bumper replaced. They didnt paint the parking sensor in the bumper and it has a huge white spot where it should be painted. They also did not align the headlights, so one headlight looks up and the other looks down. That is the most annoying thing. My parking sensors also went out weeks later, but I cant say that its related.
I walked in for an estimate and was told if I didnt have a claim number from my insurance the estimate will cost $25. Reluctantly I gave them the number and waited half an hour for for Somone to look at the car. I was the only customer there. After the car was looked at I was told that they normally order refurbish parts and that if the parts come damage second step is ordering after market parts and if that dont work they order OEM parts. All that with no price difference. I was there a total of one hour. I decided to get another estimate at the dealer. The estimate was a few hundred dollars less. The dealer only uses OEM parts and the best part was from the time I walked in until I walked out 15 minutes.
I dropped my truck off to first impressions wich i shouldent havethey at first promised me 6 bussines days.... then it was 9 days.. then it was 12 days... here it is over 2 weeks later and i still dont have my truck and they said it might be ready in 3 days... im probaly going to loose my job since i havent been to work and have no other car.... i know to NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GO BACK HERE AGAIN!!
