After having superb and outstanding service from Live Technologies/Live! for ten years they have changed. This company is the new sales and service side of Live! Technologies. Unfortunately they have either dropped the ball with customer service or they no longer care about commercial/corporate audio sales and service as two months ago our church ask for a bid on a $15,000 audio upgrade and installation and they never responded even after four follow-ups from us.
