I like living here, the office people are nice and they help me out when I come to talk to them. My apartment was clean when I move in and it’s quiet. I think the old manager was bad but the new office is real good!!

I am resident at Meadowbrook for 4 months and have had no problems. The office people is nice and the manager is helpful. I like it here!

I moved into the meadow brook townhomes a few months ago and so far it has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Kye and Renee are always available when needed, if I need a work order done they get on it ASAP without any hesitation. I referred a couple of my friends and family to the place. I rate them the full 5 stars because they absolutely deserve it. Anytime something happens and the office isn’t open, the emergency maintenance come out within the hour to get it right! Today they had resident appreciation day. Never known a complex to do so before. This is my own and I’m not going NOWHERE for a long while.😍 thank you meadow brook!!! For making feel at home

Renee is super sweet. Kye is as unhelpful as she can possibly be. They do not fix anything! However they flip empty units within a couple weeks. It’s all about the money! Maintenance ran over my internet lines and have left me without internet till the provider can come out and fix the lines! My car has had stickers put on it and bologna on my windows during the night. Neighbors have a dog that won’t stop barking. I wasn’t escorted to the apartment walked through it or anything Before signing a lease because “they don’t do that” somebody was beating on windows and doors one night screaming and yelling finally the cops showed up and they were arrested, come to find out they were intoxicated tenants from one of the units. Haven’t seen them since so I guess that’s a positive. Never anywhere to park. There’s a gold explorer that has been broke down in the parking lot for months and they won’t make them move it to the road or the red spots in the middle so it is taking up space to do nothing but rust. They do keep up with yard work and offer online payments though. Do not put anything decorative outside unless it’s heavy enough it can’t be stolen or thrown into the middle of the yard because it will happen. I guess they are cheap for a reason. Have not seen any bugs or rats though so another positive.

If I could give a 0 I would. I currently live here, and have lived here for three years. In my first two years everything was wonderful. However in this last year there’s been new hires in the leasing office (Meghan) who is absolutely rude. I called to get a service done and she never got back to me or got it done. When Ms Debbie came back my carpet was cleaned the very next day. Meghan also thought she had hung up the phone when I overheard her badmouthing me to a fellow coworker of hers. So unprofessional and rather disrespectful. DO NOT LIVE HERE!! If you are a tenant the landlord/leasing office needs to treat you with respect especially if you are polite and respectful of them! Absolutely revolting attitude from that Meghan girl!

Lived there for over 6 years then this pass DECEMBER I got an notice stating that they wouldnt like to renew my lease for the upcoming year and I had to be out before JAN 1! Soo this basically left me homeless because who finds an apartment that quickly- when I first moved in I love that place then they changed management and put a drunk in the front office which I hated and the roach problem did affect me but not as severe as my neighbors I was paying no more than 600 when I lived there but new tenant I spoke with play close to 900 which is a scam. Never move there this is from someone who dealt with these people for 6 + years.

My friend use to live other there and their appartment was free of roaches and rats, was really nice and clean i use to stay over there all the time. these comments may be some bull but idk i aint been in one for like a year or two.

Preparing to take my issue to court. I spoke with Meghan about moving out and having my father take over my lease. She told me to have him fill out an app with app fee. That was done. Didn’t hear from Meghan after several attempts to contact her through phone/email until days before we moved out. She then claimed my father could not move in, even though we proved he had enough income, we’ve lived there without missing a payment for almost 2 years, and my father is disabled. After my father talked to Meghan, she agreed to let us out of the lease if we drop our keys off. We did that and never heard from them until I received a letter in the mail. The letter was a bill charging us rent for the rest of our lease, fees, and late fees for june, july, and august a MONTH after we moved at the time we told them we would. Not to mention the times my fiancé’s and my cars were broken into on their property and the horrific stories that others have about this company and their properties. This could all have been avoided with the least amount of communication.

If you want mice and cockroaches, this is the place for you. They do very little to take care of these problems. Its a terrible place to live. NOT WORTH THE MONEY! Its cheap for a reason.

Omg where do I begin?! So my boyfriend, mom, 3 month old baby, and I were from out of state. We were in a hotel room until we found somewhere to live.We had found an ad on Craigslist that they posted. We went and applied on a Thursday and paid $90 in total for application fees. They told us we could move in that following Tuesday. Okay, so the weekend passes and so does Monday and we do not receive any calls. That’s okay since they said we could move in Tuesday. Well, Tuesday gets here and we are supposed to be out of the hotel by 11am. We call the office and I don’t remember her name, (she was a skinny young girl with black hair) but she tells us that there’s something wrong with one of the SS #s that we provided in our application. Okay, so if we wouldn’t have called they wouldn’t have notified us about that!!! We were desperately needing a place to live and they knew it. We could have looked somewhere else all that time instead of wasting time with them. So we go fix the problem & get the hotel for another night. The next day, they don’t call, so we go there to the office. Apparently there’s another problem with our applications. OMG! I’m not mad that there was a problem with our applications, but that if it wasn’t for us calling them constantly or going to the office, they would have never notified us of anything that was going on. So we fix the new problem and get the hotel for, yet ANOTHER night. It is now Thursday, and we call and they say that they are waiting to hear back from corporate, but that we should definitely get an answer that day. Well, we have yet to hear any answer and it’s been nearly a month. I’m convinced they just take people’s application money and don’t actually do anything. That skinny girl with black hair is definitely a problem. They are very good liars. They definitely convinced us that we would be living there, but from these reviews posted on here, I’m glad we are at a different place. If you want to have money taken from you and your time wasted, please apply with them!!!!

I had to break my lease due to SEVERE cockroach infestation they could not get under control. It was uninhabitable and they tried to sue me for the lease even though the chemicals they sprayed almost killed my dog and gave my small child a cough. Absolutely horrible, I had a package delivered on accident to the address after I left and they already had a new tenant. I introduced myself and she expressed she too was having a problem with roaches. They dont care about you or your health they just want your money. Disgusting! Know youre rights before you apply or sign a lease here !

Wish I could give them 0. The apartments are torn apart and blame the tenants moving out when they were disgusting in the first place. So embarrassing, the place had a terrible roach epidemic and the lady in the front is the rudest person to ever work in management. They need a totally remodel from the apartments, the parking lot, to the people who work there.

I live here my ac has not work for five months then we called the office then they a guy and he is so bad then he just put it on save energy then two months later we our ac is leaking water then the guy just said to put a towel and I waited 2 weeks for a new ac and it still has not came I think it is coming for Antártica

Called in today 1/26/17 to ask about availabilty around 3:50 pm, I spoke with Debbie who was very RUDE! I was a possible tenant and she treated me like crap. The automatic system said calls are monitored and recorded and I hope someone will be able to listen how she talk to people. I told Debbie that I was no longer interested because how she was speaking to me and she continued to argue how she has never been rude to anyone in her life, how she was not being rude. Over talking me I asked for her name 5 times.....terrible service I feel bad for those who live here who has to deal with her. I will make sure I take this to higher management. You should never make anyone feel this way. EVER! I was forced to chose a star but SHE do not deserve one!!

Sketchy. On Sandy Lane rd there’s section 8 apartments from another company. A week after my wife and I moved in she was stalked by three guys. We had mice for two months and all the maintenance did was set traps. There’s a sex offender that lives in the last apartment by the light that turns on Morse rd. In the section 8 apartments on the other side of the street.

Debbie with her holier than thou attitude, and the maintenance people leaving everything all over the grounds, I wouldnt recommend this place even if I was homeless. 😣

I spoke with the receptionist and she was very rude and dry. Very negative vibes, it sound as if she was on drugs and I wouldnt dare approach this community.
