I normally chose “first available” when I book, but I saw Benita had good reviews and decided to book my wax through her and I was not disappointed! She was super friendly and welcoming. She made me feel very comfortable and it was easy to have a conversation with her. Her technique was great, she worked in smaller sections making the wax very easy, not painful and quick. Unfortunately it’s a NO for me. I have been going to a different location of Wax by Andreia and just moved to the area so decided to make an appointment here. I made the appointment online and showed up 5 minutes prior to the appointment time. When the front desk lady checked me in she seemed confused, asked me 3 times what time I was here for I kept telling her 10 am and then she would ask with who.When I got into the room everything was fine the lady was nice and very talkative. My issue is once she started waxing, OMG the absolute worst! She would lay long strips and just tear them off and not apply any pressure. I’ve been getting waxed for a while and never had any problems but this was by far my worst experience. It felt like she was rushing and trying to get it over with. Once she finished she didn’t clean me up and was still in the room and told me to get dressed. Usually they step out and give you some privacy but she didn’t. I felt so sticky and still had chunks of wax on me. I’m used to them applying aloe Vera or some type of cream afterwards.To say the least I will not every come back here again it’s disappointing because I actually loved the location i used to go to in North Carolina.

I had a Brazilian scheduled here for the first time with Benita and she was amazing!! I definitely will be scheduling with her from now on! She talked to me the whole time to keep my mind off of the wax and it really didn’t hurt that much at all! I don’t know how she did it! She’s awesome!I will say the receptionist could have been more pleasant, esp since she’s the first one we see when we walk in. I heard her sucking her teeth whenever the phone rang before she answered it which isn’t professional at all. Especially not when a client is in the waiting room. Upon checking in she was going to call Benita to let her know I arrived and she said “ugh well I guess I’ll get up and get her since she doesn’t have a freaking phone” and left to the back in a huff.

This was my first time at this facility and Brooke was SIMPLY THE BEST!!! She was clean, very professional, and she talked to me the entire time to make me feel comfortable. I recommend her if you want a great wax. She will make sure you have an awesome experience. Thanks again Brooke

I was serviced here today. 95% of the hair was removed but after the waxing is completed they dont clean you up and I only came here because my usual place didnt have available appointments. I am used to waxers giving you aloe after they wax you and they failed to do that. Instead I left there sticky, wax still on me, and in pain. Usually waxes are $50-$55 but they had it for $35 so I see why the price is low.

This was my first experience, and I had Brooke. Her personality is great, but I’m not completely satisfied. I didn’t learn until after that I was supposed to get certain things done: powdered before treatment & moisturized following treatment. I didn’t get any powder, just a test strip & Brazilian wax and butt strip. Afterward, I noticed hairs still left, even after going over my line with tweezers. Again: her personality is great, but I would not recommend her services.

Great waxing place! Front desk staff is always welcoming and there is usually never a wait. They get you in and out and rescheduled for your next visit in a timely manner. Followed Alexus H from her previous location. She really makes you feel comfortable and eases your mind. That was the most painful thing I’ve ever experienced. I have bits of wax left over everywhere even after showering. Hair left in spots on my face, back, and legs. My legs aren’t smooth. I thought waxing gave you really smooth legs? How come my chest, back, and chin are still red and painful over 24 hrs after waxing? What’s with all the bumps? I thought waxing was better than shaving? This is awful. This was my first waxing experience except for the occasional eyebrow wax. The girl was nice, but is this normal results?
