I Am a new customer with Ryder. The maintenance and salesperson are excellent and really good people. However, the extra charges corporate slips in is ridiculous. You normally never get charged what was agreed on. If you lease a truck with them stay away from their Ifta program. I am not very computer literate and was told to get my daughter to help me with an app I cant find so salesperson has been sending them in which ifta dept. tells me not acceptable. Meanwhile been charged more than I ever have been on one truck in two quarters than paid in two years. Do not let them into your account for I am starting to wonder accounting thinks they have free money. When you get your bill your charges are invoices # and poorly explained. Thinking Accounting wants to keep customers confused? Due to covid, vacations by( Ryder associates ) and all being busy I have a lease truck that is still not set up for what I needed ( electric braking system) which was told was no problem. Maybe I need to send them an invoice?Ryder has good equipment and the soldiers on the ground dealing one on one with me are great. But if I had to do it again I would have made them fulfill all promises before truck left the yard. Yes I would lease from them again but not let them in my account and started my ifta account back up. UPDATE : called the # they gave me and they didnt know who I should talk to. Meanwhile my bill had more charges which 2 out of the three charges are invoice #s no description of what they are for. Will not do business with Ryder again and gonna ride this contract out. Becareful and go over contract with attorney closely and do not let them draft anything out of an account and let someone else do your ifta. Also, Make sure truck is ready to go before pulling it of yard. I cannot imagine what they are making extra on companies that dont have a clue about trucking.
After waiting for a steer tire from 1130am till 4 something pm, I then had to wait for the newly missing right hand hood mirror glass to be picked up and then replaced. It happens.Eventually I got what I needed but the delay caused me to have to finish a 10 hr break in Columbia, then drive all night. Not very good for my getting some rest. 2 stars for eventually correcting the 2 issues.

I have rented from Ryder for a few years now and have never had a problem. Cody is absolutely on the ball. My truck is always ready, always serviced and paperwork is always ready. Cody makes sure that I always have everything I need and has even been there for me and my business after hours! Ryder is hands down the best! Cody is the best, most professional and courteous person ever. Cody and Ryder make my life so much easier! One less thing to worry about.
I have worked with Cody and Crystal for close to 6 years now. Our business can be VERY high volume at times and they have always gone above and beyond to help me, event last minute if possible. I have only had one or two mechanical issues in all of those years and it was handled very quickly and professionally with constant communication. I would highly recommend Ryder, but especially this branch.
My company has used Ryder Rental consistently for a few years now and the service is always spectacular! All staff is incredibly helpful most especially Cody, extremely responsive with urgent needs and I appreciate everything! We will continue to use them from here on out! I would recommend Ryder to everyone.
This is one of the best shops to get repairs. They take the time to do it right and the time to test the repairs. The only downsides are how busy they are and the drivers waiting area.
Our company has rented and/or leased from Ryder, specifically this location, for at least 13 years. We absolutely love working with Crystal, Cody, and Alix. Anytime we put in a reservation, the truck is always ready when we get there. Thank you guys!!! Heres to so many more years of working together!

Dropped off my truck for air leak, pm and a few other smaller repairs. Truck been in the shop for 10 days and only the pm was done then claimed I didnt write it up on the service request. Showed me a different service request in which I told the tech that is not my handwriting plus it didnt have any of my info on it at all, just check engine light. They didnt even bother to care to check it out even after I explained the what was written up but was told he couldnt see what the other shift had put in the computer as of repairs done. Straight lying smdh
Need your truck fixed these guys work everyday except Sunday (the day of rest and church) and most till 10 or 11 at night. You can rent one while they work on yours and never miss a beat. Fuel your truck with a 126 point inspection no post trip needed with these guys. Well you should anyway.

My company has rented from this company for years. I called to get a rental 2 days in advance and was told i could pick up rental on scheduled day. Got there to pick up rental and after waiting 20 minutes was told they didnt have a truck. I havent and will not rent from Ryder anytime soon.
