This place is a danger to human life. This tire passed inspection provided by service professionals at this location. This was deemed safe to drive the 1500 miles booked for this trip.My husband takes one walk around and spots this. He is not trained in tire inspection or anything of the like. This is dangerous. He turns this vehicle back in and walks around another. To his untrained eye is was better so they took that one. Guess who is broken down 10 hours way on the literal hottest day of the year during a pandemic. Luckily they didn’t flip when it wrecked but still this is insane that they haven’t killed someone. BEWARE!

Very nice and super fast and got us in the truck and out the door with everything being correct and super busy. Definitely will use them again if I ever need anything from U-Haul

Tried to go for a propane tank refill and two kids were working there standing outside and I had to wait inside for a few minutes for someone to come inside and help me. They read my tank which they then told me was expired (the tank was 3 months old). They also told me it would have to be emptied and when I asked where they said “you gave an iPhone look it up”. I proceeded to go to ACE hardware who told me it was not and was re certified and was good for 5 more years.

Paid a week ahead for my car to get a trailer hitch installed. Staff was no help and made us reschedule so many times to the point that I am done dealing with them. Do not waste your time they will tell you they will overnight the part and it becomes all lies.

Great customer service!!!I rented two U-box units for a few days. They helped to get my tow wiring working, including replacing the wiring harness and finding a blown fuse. I expected them to just reject my rental when the lights didnt work, but they stuck with me and got it going.I am Very pleased!

The rented property was fine and transaction was fine, but I left my car here over night and came back to a busted out window. The business is apparently located in a bad neighborhood. Staff was very unhelpful and would not roll back cameras and pretty much told me tough luck.
