Shred360 in Columbia is one of the best-run organizations I’ve ever seen. They are active community contributors, providing free shredding services across the state that are organized, efficient, fast, and service-oriented. Their customer service and professionalism are unmatched. I dealt with Kendall and other staff, and to a person, they were at the top of their game. In addition to their community free-shred offerings, their prices are very reasonable compared to competitors. When I tried to tip at a free-shred event, Kendall declined, saying that this service was their contribution. Their work that day encompassed 10-12+ people working several hours to provide an efficient, expedited, on-site shredding service! I’ll never use any other service, based on their professionalism, their people, and their prices.

Love this company always so friendly and professional, but today got one with a attitude, I called to make them aware, was not mad just wanted to inform them. He came back and told me he was only there to apologize when he didnt even think he had an attitude then when I explained to him how it was taken, I got well thats your persona, im just here to apologize. to me thats not much of an apology, I would have rathered him not bothered to turn around and apologize. Will continue to use the company wont let one bad experience change anything and how they are viewed. Mr. James called and apologized for the way his employee acted and the way he delievered the apology and I am just thankful for the follow up call and the way he also handled the situation and he is going to address it

Fantastic service from beginning to end! Getting a quote was extremely easy and the gentleman on the phone was so pleasant. Scheduling was easy and they were able to get us on the books the same week. Herbie called prior to arriving to let us know when we could expect him and arrived right when he said he would. He was professional and fantastic to work with. He jumped right in to help make the process quick and had a smile on his face the whole time. Wonderful, wonderful experience!! Both times were for personal large shred jobs of my parents lifetime accumulation of documents after each of their passings. It was a great comfort to know these personal and sensitive documents were securely disposed. The staff were both very professional and kind. STELLAR experience from staff who answered the phone (able to detour truck to stop by house next day) to the shredding truck guys who arrived at my house (and patiently waited while I pulled together 3 more boxes of papers to shred) to the staff who answered the phone to take my credit card for easy e-mailed invoice payment. I spoke to Ryan 2x and he has a gift of REALLY listening to what my needs were and communicating in such a way that allowed me to set reasonable expectations (which were exceeded).The experienced truck drivers were respectful and followed my directions exactly and able to maneuver the box truck safely. One thing I will do differently next time is to give myself at least a week to gather all papers together (forgot about old checks) and then be more prepared for the truck when it arrives. The flat service $129.95 was worth every penny and the only thing I had to do was sort papers and then stack the boxes in the front for the truck drivers to bring out and dump in their rolling bin. EASY!
