Jodi, and Lucas are amazing! They came out and gave a very good presentation on how they wanted to help us sell our home. We had other people come out, but they were clearly just in it for the money, and the numbers they gave us did not match up with what I thought, and what Jodi and Lucas gave us. Our house sale was a very difficult one, as it was a contested divorce. They knew this going in and made every effort to communicate with both parties and kept everything very professional through the drama that was happening. When it came time to post the house the pictures that were taken were amazing and really captured the beauty of the home. We had a number of discussions on the listing price, and the plan that we came up with worked perfectly. We listed low, and within 24 hours of listing we had two offers compete with each other, which is what we wanted. The offer that we accepted had some issues that came up, but Lucas and Jodi gave us what I felt was very good sound advice as we navigated the closing on our house. I lived in Minnesota my whole life. When my job asked me to move to Missouri I suddenly found myself in a position where I had to find a new realtor in a new state and I knew nothing of the process of home buying. My realtors found Ryan Martin and connected us. This was my first home and I had about 3 months to find it, buy it, pack up, move and settle in before my new job was to start. I gave Ryan a very tall order to fill and he took it on with a smile. Since I was to continue working up until the move, I had 1 weekend to visit Missouri and look at a few houses in person. I honestly could write a novel singing his praises because I dont know what I would have done without his knowledge of his profession and his dedication to his clients. So I dont think many Buyers write reviews on the Sellers agent often, but I feel overwhelmingly compelled to do so. I was the buyer and Ryan Martin was the Sellers agent. My situation was unique because I was relocating to the area and my stress level was high with all the details of the situation. The house was complicated and I was very nervous at first to like the home. However, Ryan was upfront with everything he knew about the house, gave me facts good or bad, so I didnt feel there were any gotchya moments during the deal. He responded right away with any questions I had and gave me thorough explanations. I truly felt like he wanted me to feel comfortable with my decision, as the buyer. Let me tell you we threw Ryan a curveball telling him we were moving to Arizona in 2 weeks as we were prepping our house to move out. This man got it done! Spencer communicated well and kept us informed of potential homes that might meet our goals, often times weeks before they were officially listed.
